“would recommend this hotel”
Attended a private function and then stayed the night. The service and food at the private function was great. Staff in general at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Car valet service was great.

stayed at the hilton for our 21st wedding anniversary. was given a room overlooking the castle also a bottle of wine and some chocolates..
“superb, excellent service and accomodation”
from arrival to departure cannot think of anything to complain about. To us what makes this hotel so special was the service. I am fairly sure that a fair number of couples were like us treating themselves to a night or two of luxury. The hilton was everything we expected and more. having stayed in this level of hotel before only to have the staff look down their respective noses at you because in reality you have stepped above your budget for a few nights, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. my wife commented she felt like royalty at times so eager to please and friendly were the staff. Hotel facilities were excellent despite the ongoing renavations to the bar area. the pool/spa area was superb and again staff were welcoming. The room was massive and again everything as you would expect we had a view over cardiff castle which was wonderful at night. some have said that the parking was expensive having visited cardiff before most of the city car parks cost around £15 for 24hours so I dont think £17 is unreasonable at all particularly as your car is valet parked and secure. will definitlely return.
“Want something central?”
The Hilton is literally a 3 minute walk to the Castle. From there you can get a proper look round the City on a Tour Bus. Shopping is very close and if you like eating out restaurants and bars are no more than 5 mins walk away. In fact the only time you'll need a cab it to visit the Bay area - which I recommend. A Great Hotel and very helpful staff.
“Hilton Cardiff”
We regularly use Hilton Hotels for our short UK trips & Hilton Cardiff is the best so far on ALL counts. The staff are the friendliest & most accommodating that we have encountered. It is the MUST hotel in Cardiff & if you can ,go for the Executive rooms, which include the use of an Executive Lounge with snacks & drinks........well worth the extra.

Recently stayed here for a long weekend for my sisters wedding. Rooms were second to none very clean and the staff very helpful. I will be returning very soon loved the hotel and cardiff itself , close to everything that you could need during your stay 5*****.

Excellent hotel - friendly staff - lovely room - and a bed that was so comfortable. Breakfast can be expensive but is also avaiable in the 'Staem Bar' at a much lower price.
“PERFECT”
I enjoyed all the facilities, service, and especially the room immensely. Originally we booked for 4 nights via the internet. Once there, we had to stay on in Cardiff for another 3 nights and wanted to continue on, but the only room available was the executive suite. Unfortunately, I had to move to another, more economical hotel, but the next time I will definitely look for Hilton again. It was perfect. Thank you.
“Great place for Cardiff centre.”
Hotel is situated for our visit. It is close by (short walk) the castle, shops and theatre. Service was efficient and the staff were making a real effort to ensure we were comfortable. The room was as expected in a Hilton with air con, tea, coffee, large bath and large shower. The bed was very wide and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with wide choice. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but we had a late night coffee in the hotel coffee bar, after coming in from the theatre. Again all very pleasant. Overall this hotel ticked all the boxes.
