"This was perfect for me, two boys and my dog. Close to everything. The bikes came in handy to get to the pier and A1A bike kayak and Surf shop. Driving to Publix and Kennedy space center was required. The beach was close so we walked with our wagon of beach essentials. The home is fully equipped and worked well for us. Host was helpful and responsive. Gave it a full five stars overall!"

"This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

"Me and six friends stayed here one night before leaving for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We loved this house! It was very big and so close to everything. We went to dinner on the pier and checked out a couple of bars near. Would highly recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Cocoa Beach I will stay here again!"

"Had a hiccup checking in but not a big deal. Great house! Had adults, teens and smaller kids. The pool, outdoor games and pool house made the trip. Having the beach one block away was a great plus."

"We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available."

"Nice home in a nice area close to shops restaurants and the beach if that’s wanted. Nice yard for our dogs to run and play in. Pool is not heated but with some beautiful weather and warm days we were able to enjoy it the end of our stay. Well kept home with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place yet close to the beach."

"The house was beautiful only a 2 minute walk from the ocean! The house had a huge pool in the back which had pool floats and dive toys for the kids and was warm and crystal clear! The house had plenty of parking and space for our family of 8. It was great having a washer and dryer (they give you some pods we ended up needing our own). From the beautiful furnishings (not to mention extremely comfortable bed!), to the amazing master bath, to the all the beach toys and necessities (including fishing poles and bikes!) you could ever want, to the private pool and patio seating, to the spacious kitchen, EVERYTHING was so great!
