“The only place to stay.”
Despite the photos, this is a small hotel which made it much easier and personable. The green area between the hotel and the street was a great plus.
“Best Value on La Croisette”
This hotel is up there with all the other chic hotels on the Croisette, the main boulevard facing the ocean, but it's less expensive than most of them. I don't understand why, but I'm not complaining. The personnel were professional and personable. The clientele are very chic as well. And the chocolate muffins at the breakfast buffet will blow you away!
“Strategic location”
The hotel is located in a strategic area where it's close to the outing area, relatively close to the Airport shuttel station and have several nice resturants where you can have a nice brekfast, lunch and dinner. No GYM at all though.
“Very Satisfied, Planning a return trip.”
The moment I stepped in the lobby of Le Grand Hotel I knew I was on vacation, the reception staff spoke perfect english, they were very helpful and showed genuine concern about our comfort. The restaurant meals were better than expected, and this quaint hotel is walking distant from everything, trains, sights, shopping, entertainment, restaurants and beach. I couldn't have asked for more. I am planning a return trip before the end of 2009.
“Cannes 2010”
Le Grand Hotel is the perfect Cannes experience. The view from the Hotel Lobby entrance is magnificent. The Lawn is lush and green and expansive and looks out across La Croisette Boulevard and beyond to the beach and beautiful water. Along La Croisette are many shops, restaurants, art museums, art displays and the beaches. Le Grand Hotel is located in the middle of the hotel area, and is an easy walk to many Cannes attractions. We had fun exploring on foot in all directions. The area is beautiful by day and the lights at night are equally gorgeous. The hotel service was excellent, staff was friendly and very attentive. Valet service for the rental car was extremely efficient and timely. The hotel is beautiful inside and extremely well maintained. Our room was very large with a separate sitting area and very large closets. There were numerous outlets in easy reach for charging our cameras, computer and other electronics. There was a welcome message to us on the flat screen TV upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. Turn down service each night was lovely. The decor of the room was very modern and stylish. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The flower arrangements are gorgeous throughout the property. The art display of Rabarama sculptures were magnificent and added greatly to our enjoyment of this property.
“fantanstic situation”
The hotel is very welcoming when you arrive.The situation is beautiful and the beach is very relaxing.The rooms are large and very comfortable room service is very efficient.The only thing missing is a little atmosphere around the bar/restaurant area,however it could be due to the time of year we visited (late september).The Carlton however further up is nice to try for drinks, but do be ware the price is steep, but hey you have to enjoy life sometimes!
“Excellent Hotel”
My husband and I stayed here for a few days, the price on expedia was a lot cheaper than what the hotel charge so we were very pleased. Fantastic hotel, great service. This is a very stylish hotel and will make your holiday very special.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was huge, clean, and had great decor. The location was perfect. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price, but other than that no complaints.
