“Love this chain!”

I love this chain! It's perfect for budget travellers. Everything about the room/hotel was how it was stated. The staff were friendly & spoke great English. They also suggested some great places for grocery shopping. It's also really close to the beach.

“A really practical convenient place to stay”

This is a convenient place to stay, ten minutes walk from the Croisette and right opposite the bus stop for Nice airport. The rooms have everything you need (except air conditioning) including a very functional kitchenette, which if you are travelling alone (as I was) or in Cannes for a while is really useful. The staff were really friendly and accomodating and you felt they would do whatever they could to help. The Citadine made staying in a very expensive town accesible and enjoyable!

“Good budget hotel - had great holiday”

This hotel was as I expected for the money - Not the most attractive location but only 10mins from beach/La Croisette and handy for supermarkets etc. Great Italian delicatessan close by. The studio was perfect for us, we have 2 young children and they slept in the bedroom and we slept on sofa bed in lounge. We cooked most of the kids meals in studio, only 2 rings on hob but fine and kitchenette well equiped. The hotel could probably do with a bit of a refurbishment, but staff really friendly and helpful when light bulbs needed changing etc.. The hotel has a laundry you can use at extra cost, but you don't need to buy powder as machines do it all. Very handy with kids. You can also use garage for parking but also an extra cost of 6 euros a day - be warned quite hair raising getting in and out. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station and about 10 mins from the beach, which we went to most days. The hotel have an agreement with a private beach which you can use, which is very nice but be warned each sun lounger costs 20 euros per day, for that you do get showers and use of loos etc.. but there are plenty of free beaches. This is a perfect option for peope wanting good budget accommodation in a very expensive town, would use again. We had a really relaxing, happy holiday.

“Apartment Style Hotel”

The staff is fantastic! Very helpful and polite. The rooms are small and the bed is a pull out couch which was a little uncomfortable in my personal opinion. Overall, however, everything was fine and I would recommend this to other travellers simply for the quality of service we received. The train/bus station is just a short walk from the hotel if you wish to visit Nice, Monaco, etc.

“Could be cleaner !”

I saw that the blanket on the bed were not that clean and in fact there are not changed after every client! But only after every second client! we were cold since there were 100%synthetic. We stayed for 5 days and no clean towels neither! You might get them after one week? The description of the size of the bed were not accurate . and the pullout impossible to open! But otherwise an ok place. Well organised with kes and codes since we arrived late, despite the fact that we took a taxi from the train station and that the driver seemed very insulted to have to drive us for such a short distance!

“The only bed in the room was a sofa bed!”

The hotel was just fine, however, it was not a good place to stay after a long flight. The only bed in the room was a sofa bed and not very comfortable.
