Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and well-equipped room. Was the nicest room in our 10-day trip around the Yucatan. Definitely recommend it to those not staying in the "hotel zone."

Es un hotel muy pequeño y comfortable y limpio, el comedor solo ofrece desayunos todas las opciones son muy recomendables, el personal muy amable dispuesto a auxiliar al huesped siempre. Centrico, aunque no tiene el nombre visible, es un edificio azul un poco escondido destaca con mucho del resto de los demas por su jardin tan bien cuidado tiene muchas plantas al frente. Aunque no esta propiamente cerca de otros servicios urbanos es super recomendado por su servicio al huesped.

This is a super-bargain hotel and you get what you pay for. Lukewarm dribbling shower water, no wash cloths, two towels, no bedside lamps, safe with no key, kitchenette is literally a sink and a fridge nothing else, really old fixtures. But the room had a working mini split, was super clean, and had a shower, beds, blackout blinds, and a TV, which for this trip is literally all I needed. Perfectly adequate if you are on a really tight budget. The staff were lovely.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My bed was full of ants that kept biting/stinging me all night and I woke up with one on me. The property is old and the towel bar and shower head was rusted. I told the staff about the ants and they told me they had to determine what bug it was first before offering a discount as it that matters when you have any critters on you. They only offered 100 pesos back because they said their nightly rate was low. I paid 880 pesos and this hotel based on my stay is worth 400 pesos per night. I only stayed one night but that was too much even. I felt as though bugs were on me all day after that experience.

Simple but good
Great people, service and hospitality. Low key and simple place to stay if you’re passing by but it isn’t walkable to places you want to visit especially with the heat. Breakfast is awesome and great price.

Charming little cheap hotel
Genuinely very impressed! Nice, friendly, comfortable and safe hotel in downtown cancun. Perfect place to crash before/after a flight and a £5 Uber from the bus station. Lots of plants and charm.

This is a great place to stay if you are a conscious budget person. This place is clean and staff are polite and courteous. Cons: the bathroom tissue is very flimsy. the toilet flushing system is weak. The location is great and walking distance to everything.

Okay place
The front people were very genuine and kind. When we needed some forks and knives, they just brought them out from their kitchen. One of the sink had a leaking water and made a tapping noise so we had to turn the faucet around. Overall, okay place.

It’s a good, quiet hotel. Expect just what you pay for the hotel. Nothing fancy. It provided us with 1 bottle of water and no coffee… so that’s that. Hot water and cleanliness as expected. Do not recommend the restaurant. There are other options in the surrounding area.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet in walking distance to the main plaza, many major stores, restaurants and even Market 28. There are two outdoor patios. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We loved it here.

Nice basic hotel
Pretty nice basic hotel for the price. Quiet location close to restaurants, walmart etc. The beds were pretty firm though. Friendly staff. They have a restaurant and nice sitting area.

Awesome place to stay in the city. Close to restaurants and famous night markets. You get to have the local feel that you won’t get by staying in the hotel zone. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed 7 days and they come to our room to clean every day and make sure we have clean towels. We also used their laundry service so it was super convenient for us.

Clean but lacks comfort
Small hotel but quite a ways from the downtown. I would not walk in the area at night as it is down a dark street. The man at the front greeted us late at night and showed us to our room which was clean but lacked the comfort we wished for after a long flight. We ended up leaving early and did not get to try out the breakfast restaurant that was offered though the prices and options looked great.

Small Gem!
Lovely hotel near Zona Hotelera. Hotel has a very nice courtyard and a small restaurant that serves breakfast for around $7 USD. The best part is the French restaurant, L'Escargot, around the corner. I thought I was back in Paris, AMAZING!

Love the hotel, nice and quiet. Our room was always cleaned each day, the front desk staffs were very friendly and speak English which is a plus factor to us. Would definitely recommend as it is super cheap and will come back again soon.

Couldn't ask for anything better
The first and the best place I've stayed in the area. Quiet (and well sound insulated unlike many hotels), bed was a quite firm but surprisingly comfortable spring mattress, good hot water, everyone that worked there was friendly and spoke some English which was helpful since my Spanish is from 11th grade! They have a gated driveway that can fit 2 or 3 cars, but I was the only one using it during my stay. It is a nice neighborhood though, if street parking I'd be more worried about getting a ticket from an overzealous cop than any criminal element (the cul de sac the hotel is in is technically no parking but this is generally ignored). Within walking distance to all of dowtown.
