Clean & comfortable. Staff helpful- even gave a free late check out due to a sporting event I competed in the morning. Parking expensive and a pain due to the valet system.

“Good value, great room”

Comfortable, spacious, well appointed room with a large balcony on the 6th floor facing Northbourne Ave. Included buffet breakfast was great. Heated indoor pool, sauna & spa was just the ticket after a long day on the road and cold out.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is within easy walking distance from the airport shuttle stop, local bus stops, taxi rank, and inner city restaurants, shopping precinct and even movie theatre. During our stay we noticed the hotel was popular with families as well as couples and groups. Noise in corridors was of very little disturbance considering there seemed to be 'full house' at the time. The breakfast room is very spacious with a well appointed, relaxing view of the 'world outside' through large glass walled windows. The staff at breakfast were very efficient with their service and the buffet offered a wide selection suitable to satisfy the various tastes of the cliental. We thought it delicious! The purpose of our stay was to visit Floriade and so location of hotel was fabulous for walking to the venue of this event. Reception staff and Concierge were very courteous and helpful with answering any question we put to them. We did have a little trouble with the complimentary Wifi in the lobby area and found it to be frustratingly slow and so were disappointed that we could not avail ourselves of this feature of the service. Overall though - a good choice of hotel!

Beautiful hotel! Family friendly at great prices. Staff very friendly. Room service was awesome and the Breakfast buffet was amazing. Great central location. Will definitely make a point of going back to this hotel! Stunning!
