“Well satisfied”

We stayed here as we were attending a friend's wedding and it was in the middle of all facilities. We requested an earlier check-in and they obliged and this helped us to use the facilities before attending the wedding. Staff overall were very accomodating to our needs.

“Excellent accommodation in Çanberra”

I booked 2 double bedroom apartments for 3 nights to attend a family function. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one with spa bath (shower over), the other with shower cubicle. There is laundry facilities on one bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds pushed together and the room was small, dark and extremely cramped. The main bedroom had large windows was spacious and had a second TV. There is plenty of storage space in both rooms. The main bedroom had a heater as does the living area. We all agreed the heat was 'drying' especially when sleeping but necessary. The nights were freezing (0 to -3) in September. The kitchen had a full size fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle along with plenty of cupboard space, crockery, cutlery and glassware. What was missing was something to cook with. One medium saucepan with a lid for a much larger saucepan and a medium size frypan. That was all. There is secure parking under the building costing $12/day (Sept. 11). You need your key to access the carpark and the lifts. There are 3 lifts and wait time was reasonable. The hotel has a McDonalds at street level under one wing. This was extremely noisy at times. The worst being late Sat. when dragging chairs 'in' and early Sun. when dragging them 'out'. This was apart from the usual noise expected with a fast food outlet. The hotel is well located near attractions, shopping facilities, restaurants and food outlets.

“Great Hotel”

Room was spacious with a great pool and spa. There was a massive inhouse spa which was great! Close to shops, hotels and restaurants. Room was clean and staff were nice. Only problem was that parking was not included in the fee.

“wonderful experience”

great location. Had read about noise on lower levels, we were upgraded to level 8 (Top Floor). A lovely room with morning sunshine. Would recommend it, close to convenience store.

Clean, light, fresh and well appointed. Parking rate reasonable and easy to access. Very central to the City centre; walking distance to Gareema place, Casino, parks, public transport and conference locations. Light sleepers might require ear plugs on the Northbourne avenue side as there is no double glazing for sound mitigation.

“Affordable & Convenient”

We three adults travelled to Canberra in less then 30 hours to see the Masters Exhibition at the National Gallery. The overnight accomadation was more then enough for such a short stay and had we known how equipped the apartment was for a longer stay as well as the convenient location to tourist sights as well as great restaurants we would have stayed longer. Unfortunately the 3 hour queue to get into the exhibition soured our trip but we would not hesitate to recommend this site for accomadation.

“Fit for purpose - girls week end away!”

The hotel was fine, fit for purpose. It suited a couple of friends who lazed about on the Sat afternoon drinking a couple of glasses of wine and watchign the rugby before heading out for dinner. Bunda St is round the corner which provided numerous restaruants and cafes. Also close to a major shopping centre. All up, it was a great weekend - except the queue for the National Art Gallery!!
