“Excellent Hotel with friendly staff”

Having trouble with our original room with the TV and Air Conditioner, the staff happily changed rooms immediately with no fuss. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any request, would definately go there again.

“Awesome hotel for the price range”

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and the only thing we were unhappy about was the location, as it was about 15 min driving to the Parliament, but everything else was perfect!!! The food, rooms and cleanliness of the room was all above standard

“Quality room - bigger than average”

We had two rooms for 6 adults. One was slightly wider than the other which made it feel really roomy but even the smaller room was slightly larger than standard. The rooms were exceptionally clean with modern facilities and quality finishes. The continental breakfast which was included was a nice bonus.

Only negative was lack of restaurant staff at breakfast. The ones on duty were excellent but there were not enough them.

Friendly staff happy to assist at all times. The restaurant dining was excellent. Bedroom was comfortable in a very quiet location that allowed easy access to the city. Will stay here again when in Canberra.

“Fantastic value for money”

This hotel is fantastic value for money. After browsing sooo many Canberra hotels and otehr accommodation, booking and canelling two, we finally found this one at such a great price. We thought there would be something wrong. There wasn't. Noisy guests in the middle of the night, but so the sound proofing's not great. Has to be something at this price. Even an excellent continental breakfast included.

“Good for young families.”

Nice hotel for young families during summer. The pool was clean and my boys used it all afternoon. No joining rooms so we all slept in the one room which had two double beds. My kids are still young enough to share a bed but it might be a problem in a few years. We did not have a balcony, so the adults retired at the same time as the kids. Complimentary upgrade on the breakfast was a nice touch and appreciated. A gps in your car is necessary as it is easy to get lost in Canberra suburbs. Free parking and quiet.
