“New hotel, excellent value”
Excellent new and modern hotel. Rooms are large, king beds are comfortable , on site parking free, and staff are extra friendly. Highly recommend staying here.
“Overnight”
Very comfortable new hotel with great amenities handy to city by car and near the Northern highways
“Very glad we booked the Aria”
Being a new hotel you can't really fault too much. It is very much a business traveler hotel and you can feel somewhat out of place if on holiday with all the suits walking around. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The room probably could have been aired out a bit as it did have a bit of a smell upon arrival but that was fixed by opening the sliding door. Only complaint is that reception staff were not very pleasant and i had to ask for an additional key as i was only given one and two of us checked in.
“Highly recommended”
My only issue with this glorious hotel is they have chosen to have tea cups instead of a mug for your morning coffee in the room. Perfect for one or two nights in Canberra and will be staying again. Pricing is great for the standard and overall, my partner and I felt it exceeded our expectations. The rain shower head was a hit in the bathroom and all mod cons on hand. We travel often and this is certainly one of the better places we have stayed Close to civic in a quiet street we woke up to the vista of balloons and the mountains ( I think it's Mt Ainslie) and overall, an enjoyable experience. A credit certainly after staying in some of the older hotels in Canberra previously.
“above expectation”
Spacious apartment hotel, a little far from the city but would definitely stay again.
“VERY NICE”
MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED OVERNIGHT HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY. THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND HAD ALL WE REQUIRED AND THE LITTLE VERANDA WAS LOVELY FOR MORNING TEA. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS TO TURN THE AIR CONDITIONING A BIT LOWER, I FOUND IT A LITTLE WARM BUT NO PROBLEM IN OUR ROOM AS WE TURNED THE HEAT DOWN A BIT. VERY CONVENIENT TO THE CITY AND SHOPS AND WOULD CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN.
“Good value”
We were very pleased with our recent stay at The Aria Hotel. Room was comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities plus the ability to open a door onto a balcony were a great plus. Happily stay there again.
“Araia review”
Room was small but knew this when booked, and quite OK for an overnight stay or if not planning to be in the room much. Believe the same hotel has larger rooms available, of course at a higher room rate.
“A place worth returning to”
The hotel is quite new. The room was small but well designed and stylishly furnished. It had a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. It had reverse cycle airconditioning. The doona and blanket provided were far too warm unless the aircon was on. We took the doona out and slept under the doona cover in warmish weather. We ate at the adjacent ( and connected) Pavillion Attrium hotel one night and enjoyed our meal. The Aria is a couple of km from the down town area and further from the parliamentary precinct. It has a secure 3 level car park. At Expedia rates the hotel was good value and we will stay there again.
“Breakfast next door !!!I don't think so”
We were looking forward to buffet breakfast but on arrival were told that was served in hotel next door...not impressed,,,,and tiny cafe in foyer was closed on Sunday(when we were there). Also no mini bar. Inconvenient for us. Otherwise clean and warm
