“Awesome hotel for the price range”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and the only thing we were unhappy about was the location, as it was about 15 min driving to the Parliament, but everything else was perfect!!! The food, rooms and cleanliness of the room was all above standard

“very basic”
This large (600 rooms) hotel is situated in a suburban area and is quite isolated. The foyer and breakfast area are quite adequate and the breakfast seems good value. The rooms on the other hand are very basic indeed. The shelf on the little bar fridge door was an elastic band. The TV is an old fashioned box type with poor reception. The room was not very clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and the shower fine. If you want a bit of luxury, forget it. What you get is a very basic room. The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars. Perhaps because there is room service from 10 am to 10 pm earned its 4 stars but if one decides on room facilities and cleanliness then1 to 2 stars would be more appropriate.
“Good location, big TV but nothing much else”
On arrival, the room didn't appear cleaned properly. Shower water was inconsistent and weak. Waste bin peddles didn't work. Our room was near an entrance and just down the hall from the resturant. The entrance door kept slamming shut with a bang everytime people went in and out. It was noisy from 6.30am to 11pm. Not good if you have young children. We ordered some dessert (ice cream and cake) for room service but cancelled it after over 40 minutes of waiting for something that should have already been premade. Obviously they forgot the order. The buffet breakfast was at best average, only runs from 6.30-9.30am, so not good if you want to sleep in. We had to ask a couple times for a high chair which turned out to be booster seat that wasn't able to be secured to their chair safely. The staff looked like that needs a holiday themselves. We ended up checking out a day ealier than we paid for. Definitely not coming back and won't recommend it to anyone else.
