Special Check-In Instructions

The front desk is open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Late arrivals: Please go to the right hand side of the main front doors to the night entrance where you will find a night safe and also the night assistance phone. Encode 1 5 8 and press the red enter key. Inside will be an envelope with your name, your key and directions. Hold the safe door closed and press the yellow close key. Room keys will activate all night entrances; the lift is to the right hand side of the lobby. Guests must contact the hotel before arrival, using the number on the reservation confirmation, to get the code to the safe. Guests who plan to leave outside front desk hours must clear their accounts the night before departure and leave their keys behind on vacating their units.

“No Beach-Facing Room Required”

Our room opened onto the pool area. But it was just a short walk out the front door of the hotel to the beach. We spent some time in the sun on the beach, some time beside the pool, and some time in the lounge chairs outside our room. We could have prepared ourselves food in the room itself, but we chose to eat out. There was a small supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. The restaurants were a little too pricey except for the very pleasant pizzaria next door to the hotel. Very nice hotel at a very nice rate.

“Needs upkeep”

Hotel was nice and staff was pleasant. Went to room and neither air conditioner was working. Contacted front desk and she seemed to know there was a problem with this room. She reset the untis and only one unit worked. They stated we could not turn it below 78 degrees F. It blew very little air and the second unit did not work at all. Contacted the front desk again and they were going to send up the maintenance man. He stated he could not fix it but would have a licensed person look at it the next morning. Checked back with front desk around noon and the unti was still not operating. She told us they were going to replace both units and the equipment had been ordered a week before we arrived. They knew they had a problem with both units and still rented the room knowing there was a problem. The other issue was lack of amenities. Several other hotels within walking distance offered more services at a lower price.
