“Trip to Bullhead 2010”

As hotels go this was okay.

“Owners were grumpy.”

Staff at Check in were unfriendly. As was the Guy at counter at breakfast at check out . He was really grumpy. He watched over breakfast like a hawk and made us feel very uncomfortable. They charged you $1 for using a safe even though we did not use it and had asked for them not to. The guy at check out would not change it. the charge. Breakfast was very minimal. Room was ok but not sure I would go back due to service. They did not seem to care about guests much. I think we'll go back to staying in Laughlin.

“Would not recommend this Best Western!”

Even though we had our "housekeeping please" sign out the first morning/day of our stay, our room was NOT cleaned. We called the office and asked why our room was not cleaned and were told with no apology that they had no idea and were not in charge of the housekeeping schedule or staff. Very disappointed and unhappy with the lack of concern of the staff and will not stay there again.
