“Excellente choice”

The hotel staff is awesome! - knowledgeable, fast and service oriented. They had a list of recommended restaurants available when we arrived. We didn't even have to ask for it. The hotel is also well located and has a good restaurant. Rooms were also wonderful. I recommend it highly!

CasaSur was great. The staff is extremely helpful and they all speak very good English. The lobby area is relatively small, but very nice. The hotel has a good, modern, boutique feel. The neighborhood (Recoleta) is wonderful. I'm traveling to Buenos Aires again and I booked room at CasaSur. Two thumbs up!
“One Fabulous Hotel”
After reading guests' revuews on other hotels and how disappointed they were, seeing all thw 5* reviews (and there were at least 10) on the CasaSur Hotel made me really take notice. And they were absolutely right. The hiotel staff were professional and accommodating. For a female staying alone in a hotel, having the staff look out for you meant a lot.

“Business or pleasure - this place is great.”
The people make the place! The location was a close second . And the facilities, the environment, and the services were excellent as tied for third place! The experience from front desk, to the lounge, the restaurant, and the Spa were terrific. The Spa was a bit small due to space limitations, however, quite comfortable and for the purposes of relaxing after a long day and exercising a bit before beginning each day it was fine. In any location and at any time of day the food was excellent and again presented with a smile.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is in the middle of everything. The food in the restaurant is awesome. The only drawback is the small basic gym, they need to get rid of the unused hot tub and expand the gym, then it would be perfect for people that exercise regularly. TD
