“Very Good Hotel”

The room was clean, very confortable and quite big to european patterns. The staff was very kind and the hotel alos has a good restaurant and bar. The location can be a problem if you do not have a car, sice it is located like 4 or 5 km from the city center. So, i strongly recommend this hotel, but it is better to have a car to go up and down to the city center.

“Perfect except for the cold shower”

I arrive at the hotel at 6m after 12 hours of travel and 4 hours of work only to take a shower - the one thing I was really looking forward to. There was no hot water to be had and I let it run for some time. My travel companion had the same issue. I have stayed there before and did not have an issue, but that really ruined my day. Every morning it was fine thereafter

“Nice hotel once you've found it”

The only problem with this hotel is getting to it. It's only about 20 minutes by car from Aix, if that, but you'll make a few mistakes before getting the route right. And finding it for the first time is a nightmare. But the rooms are a good size and well equipped, the beds very comfortable, everything was clean and in good order and the staff were helpful. Like previous travellers, we found the room too warm, there was traffic noise when we opened the window and the air-conditioning didn't work. The staff explained it was too early in the season for air-con and immediately offered us a room at the back, where there was no traffic. Problem solved.

“Nice business hotel”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and we had several breakfasts as well as one dinner. However the location is pretty far out of Aix and you need good maps to find it. One night we almost drove to Marseilles as we missed the turnoff. Great hotel, awful location.
