Property Amenities
The Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston's Back Bay features a steakhouse with adjoining bar offering 24-hour room service. Guests can access the on-site fitness room, and enjoy discounted passes to the adjacent women's health club offering yoga classes and spa treatments. Flexible meeting spaces include audio-visual equipment. Computer rentals are available on site, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharge for both).
The Fairmont's friendly canine ambassador, Catie Copley, a black Labrador Retriever, is stationed near the St. James entrance when not visiting with guests. The concierge maintains an appointment book where guests can schedule walks or runs with her.
The Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel offers 21,000 square feet of meeting and event space with a grand ballroom that can accommodate a maximum of 1,000 guests. The Oak Room, Wine Room, and Singleton Room are small, popular spaces intended for more intimate gatherings, such as business breakfasts and wedding luncheons.

To celebrate the hotel's centennial anniversary in 2012, every room was completely renovated to have a more modern look, while keeping the hotel's rich history and Back Bay location in mind. Chic color palettes of blue and plum recall the elegant hues of rich marble, seen throughout the hotel lobby and in every guest bathroom. Custom black and white sketches of Boston were commissioned and add sophistication to the finished spaces. Using high-end fabrics and furnishings, the refreshed spaces are designed to reflect the elegance of the past, while including contemporary conveniences.
Some of the amenities included in the renovated rooms include premium bedding, desks, high-speed wired Internet access (surcharge), televisions with premium channels and pay movies, clock radios, multi-line phones with voice mail, minibars, iron/ironing boards, and hair dryers.

Dining
As part of The Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel's $20 million plus restoration project, the space containing the award-winning Oak Room restaurant is being updated and refreshed. As of January 1, 2012, the restaurant will operate out of the beautiful St. James Room, continuing to offer a luxurious, intimate atmosphere and serving the same distinctive menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The adjacent Singleton Room has also been transformed into a cozy bar/lounge for guests to enjoy.

“Can't Wait to go back”
The hotel was gorgeous and very convenient to everything!! If you don't mind splurging this is the hotel to stay in. We were a bit shocked at how expensive the meals and drinks were, but we were aware before we got to Boston how expensive Boston was.

We recommend this hotel. It was very nice. Fairmont quality. Pleasant staff. Room was nice size, clean with a more historic tone in decor, furniture, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Our room unfortunately did not have a view. The location was ideal. In Back Bay, upscale,safe, near Newbury street - great shops and restaurants. Getting downtown, easy walking distance. Subway access was very close.
“Regal, Elegant and Most Impressive Hotel in Boston!”
The Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel is like stepping back in time. It is elegant, regal and just timeless. I felt as if I was in Europe. The staff is amazing and caters to your every need. I just actually booked my stay there again I loved it so much! AAAAAA+++++++ all the way! The Fairmont is Fantastic!

“Wonderful hotel for a weekend get away”
Took my wife there for her birthday weekend. When the person at front desk learned that it was her birthday she arranged for a complimentary bottle of champagne and truffles be sent up. What an unexpected surprise. We will definetly be back. Well located in heart of Boston. Grand old dame of a building.
