“Would Love to go back”

Very impressed with this hotel and the staff. They provide a free shuttle bus to 4 main areas in Boston, Harvard, Boston Common,Copley Sq & The Aqarium. We found this very helpful and saved money and our legs. This hotel is a short walk to Harvard which has plenty to see, but about a 3 mile walk to Boston Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved the warm cookie on arrival. Would definately recommend this hotel.

“Great for the Price”

What you get for what you pay is awesome. What you have to pay otherwise is not so much. Parking is $30 a day and internet is $9.95 every day. Don't eat at the hotel restaurants, the service is slow and the food is overpriced. Other than that everything is awesome.

“Had a blast in Boston - and Hotel Staff was great”

Wow - if/when we return to Boston this is where we will stay. The staff was wonderfully helpful to us in planning our day trips. They provided correct and concise directions to Salem and Plymouth - as well as giving us great advice on hotels, transportation, etc. They have a free shuttle to many parts of the town as well as being informative about local tours. We were there for my husband's birthday - and the concierge found out when helping me make dinner reservations. He saw us later that afternoon having a drink in the bar - and bought us a round! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“An exceptional hotel”

I highly recommend the Doubletree Guest Suites Boston. The service and accommodations were superb. I especially want to praise the concierge, Frederick. He was extremely helpful..making dinner reservations, helping us get to Fenway Park the most economical way, recommending a great place for breakfast, and then seeing us on the sidewalk in downtown Boston, recognizing us, and helping us get back to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

only shortcoming was it is little away from the boston downtime..2-3 miles. But that is not a big minus.

About .75 miles from the closest T-station, an easy walk. Great city views, large rooms, jacuzzi, pool, workout facilities. We would go back!

I have traveled a lot the last few years on business and have experienced many different hotels. I found this location to be one that I would highly recommend. The room was good sized and very comfortable with a great view of the Charles.

“Excellent Stay in Boston”

The service people were very gracious and quick to respond. Directions to various places in Boston were accurate; the bus service to points in Boston and Cambridge was SUPER.. I could sit back and not worry about parking the car etc. I do wish they would have some type of pastry with the coffee in the lobby. Would definitely return and have already recommended to friends and family.
