“Great hotel. Would definitely stay again!”
Everything was great, service, cleanliness, decor, location. Loved the wine happy hour!
“Boston's Best Boutique!”
Copley Square Hotel is a chic well located boutique hotel with amazing customer service! Would go again in a minute!
“totally satisfied”
Comfort, convenience and nightly wine in the lobby!
“Will atsy there next time in Boston.”
The room was small but very comfortable. This hotel is over 100 years old and the size of the room and bath reflected that. I had a great time at this hotel and am already planning a trip back with my wife. Stay there, you won't be disappointed!
“My New Favorite Hotel”
Love it - really friendly staff, nice rooms, very clean - great location.
“Great Boutique Hotel!”
The staff was extremely welcoming. The wine reception in the evenings was a very nice touch. My husband and I stayed on the 7th floor and the hotel was quiet and we didn't hear a lot of city noise. The beds were very comfortable. Some reviews said the rooms were small but for me they were just enough without being too small.
“Couldn't have asked for better Service”
This was my first trip to Boston. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from the Copley Square Hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. This was part business trip and those beds made it very difficult to get up in the morning and attend those meetings.
“Inner rooms are small, but comfortable”
I was surprised at how affordable this hotel was for its location and its "boutique" designation. The $18M upgrade is very evident in the rooms, restaurants, and lobby. I stayed there many years ago before the renovation, and there is a huge difference. The staff was some of the most pleasant and efficient I have met, the genuinely made me feel welcomed. Alas, I miss the sports bar that was on the corner of the hotel for years (Original Sports Saloon), they had the best ribs in town. The current bar is a trendy wine/martini bar that seemed popular with the local business crowd as well as the guests. My room was classified as a "boutique queen" which meant it was among the smallest rooms in the hotel, facing into the alley. That meant it was very quiet, but because the alley is shaped as a "V", and they had recently installed an elevator at the apex of the "V", it meant that my window was pretty much blocked, and you could see out only at an oblique angle. Free wireless, LCD panel TV, and well equipped bathroom were appreciated. I also liked the free coffee (Keurig) machine in the lobby 24/7.
“Wine tasting was delicious”
Great location, very comfortable rooms, supportive staff. Premier service between 5 and 6 was great fun and very delicious!
“Looking forward to returning to Boston and Copley Square Hotel”
Excellent hotel, excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The wine tasting is quite nice too... Don't hesitate, this is a gem!
