Room was a bit small, not enough towels or soaps. Pillows were a joke, they should have been in the bin, used so many times they were flat, internet was not good at all. Lifts didn’t work .

Great location but dingy room. The location was ideal and nice to have tables outside we could use for snacks and a glass of wine. Our room saw how small and dingy. We asked about an upgrade but were told we actually had a "comfort room". The toilet seat lid was broken, the hand held shower not screwed properly so falls off and sprays throughout bathroom. We advised the staff and toilet seat was fixed but not shower. There was a mirror in the room in terrible condition, only accommodations among 5 on our France/Spain trip that did not offer coffee. Some staff were helpful, providing cutlery and glasses so we could enjoy their tables outside. Some staff at the front desk seemed unknowledgeable and disinterested. The room was cleaned daily but they did not replace glasses; when we asked for new glasses, we were told they do not have any. Finally the clerk offered to wash the glasses.

A fantastic hotel with brilliant members of staff to support you during your stay. A fab breakfast, but whilst not included in the overnight rate the €12 is v good value. Only drawback was a poor WiFi connection, but I was able to use mobile data. Very centrally located for the team and major sights. Some brilliant bars for drinks and food v close to hotel. I’d definitely go back.

This hotel is centrally located to everything in old town Bordeaux, including nice restaurants. However, the rooms are very, very small and very very basic. No place to sit or put luggage. Would not stay for more than one night, which is what we did.
