“Would stay there again”
Hotel was in a great location. Quiet, but close to center of town. Walking distance to all. Everyone that worked there was very helpful. Only negative, the a/c didn't work all that well.
“Great Hotel, in the centre of a great city!”
Location is perfect, room was clean and had everything we needed and the staff were extremly heelpful and friendly and spoke good english which helped as our French was a bit rusty!
“Good Central location”
Good, clean, central location. In pedestrian area and close to Grande Theatre. Room a bit on the small side but adequate and well-kept throughout our 6 night stay. Close to Tourist office and major shopping street (ST Catherine). Easy access to/from airport via Jet bus.
“bordeaux hotel”
There could be confusion with the location of the hotel for the next day we discovered the Best Western had 2 locations 1/2 block apart. You could register for either one. We had requested an early arrival since coming directly from USA and wanted access to the room for a nap. There were no rooms available - they never checked or at least told us about their sister place 1/2 block away. We couldn't get into the room until 1:30 and we were really dragging having been up 24 hours straight. I also didn't remember, plus they didn't tell me, that breakfast was NOT included in our reservation. We had their breakfast only to discover that we owed 32 Euro ($40) for that simple breakfast!!!! So do make sure of the inclusion of breakfast for it is VERY EXPENSIVE. A cafe is just down the street where you could have a very inexpensive breakfast.

“Good choice”
The Best Western Bordeaux Bayonne Etche-Ona isn't a flash hotel. Its basic - but has everything you need for a simple trip away. Its clean and comfortable, although I am glad I was travelling alone because the double-room was only spacious enough for me, and a 2nd guest would have been too cosy and cramped. I noted the room costs displayed in the hotel - and was much cheaper booking on Expedia, and glad I hadnt paid the full price. Basic room facilities, but good services from the hotel team. Best thing was the location - right next to the tram stop (not that you really need a tram to get around Bordeaux city), a few minutes from the tourist information centre and thus the airport shuttle bus (you can get a tram 1 stop from there to the hotel), and right in the centre of the posh-shopping district. Very central for all the major sights and to wander around, particularly for restaurants and bars and an easy stagger home on a night. Not a noisy area and safe to wander around at night. Noted the hotel
“Friendly and Fine!”
This small hotel is located in a great location within Bordeaux.It is close to wonderful historic places as well as great shopping. There are several great places to eat from small bistrots to larger restaurants. It feels safe and the people are friendly. We recommend it and would stay again.

Hotel is in a great spot. and is directly adjacent to a tram stop. The hotel itself is basic but a good base forr a few days. Hotel is quiet & clean. Serves up a good value breakfast which is cheaper by far to what you will pay when out & about.
“Decent, good location but nothing to set it apart”
Well-situated but nothing spectacular, I would stay there again if I got a good price.
