Nestled on a hillside, Shangri-La's Boracay Resort and Spa extends down to a private beach and features an on-site marina offering opportunities for diving. The resort also features an outdoor swimming pool, health club, 2 tennis courts, spa tub, sauna, and steam room. The full-service health spa overlooks the bay and offers traditional Chinese and Himalayan treatments.
The resort offers activities for the entire family, an indoor playground, and supervised child care.
There are 4 restaurants and 3 bars located in the resort. Offerings range from signature seafood dishes to international favorites served in both indoor and outdoor settings. Guests can start each morning with complimentary buffet breakfast. Room service is available 24-hours-a-day.

The Shangri-La's Boracay Resort and Spa has 219 guestrooms and private villas. Each room is air conditioned and features a balcony with a day bed and sea view. Room amenities include a flat-panel cable TV with a DVD player, a phone with voicemail, and complimentary wireless Internet access. Each room also has a coffee/tea maker, and a minibar with complimentary bottled water. Bathrooms are outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, complimentary designer toiletries, and a hair dryer. Complimentary newspapers are delivered daily. Additionally, villas have private decks and gardens and 24-hour butler service.

Cielo - At this poolside restaurant, guests can pair cocktails with pasta and oven-baked pizza. Open morning to mid-evening.
Rima - This romantic hillside restaurant sits near the Treehouse Villas, serving dinner in an open-air space.
Alon - Outdoor bar between the pool and beach, serving cocktails and snacks. Open daily from 8 AM – 8 PM.
Lobby Lounge - Offers a premium selection of spirits and liqueurs on the lobby level. Open daily from 8 AM – 1 AM.
Solana - Serves cocktails and tapas in a cabana and around an outdoor fire pit. Open daily from Noon – 1 AM.

Spa
The Ch'i health spa offers treatments to help improve the flow of chi in the body. The spa overlooks the bay and employs traditional Chinese and Himalayan practices. Treatments include massage services, hydrotherapy, body scrubs, and facials. Half and full day spa sessions can be arranged and are offered in a private treatment villa.

Being a regular traveller and having stayed in the best hotels& Resorts available in the world this resort would have to rate right up there with the best. In fact i think i would rate it the best
“Extreamly great stay”
Shangri-La's is the best hotel in Boracay Islands. My family could stay good quality service, private ocean, and wonderful swiming pool. Also, they support suttle service to D mall with regular schedule. It's so satosfied to stay in Boracay. Lots of honeymoon couple stay in here, and family travel is suitable for staying at Shangri-La resort. :-)
“Paradise”
Awesome place, staff very friendly and truley made the trip a luxurious stay. For a 5*+ place everything was very reasonably priced and of excellent quality. Paradise!
“Amazing all round”
I have never stayed in a hotel with better and friendlier service. It was simply outstanding, as were the location and facilities in the hotel. Food in the hotel also very good.
“Long trip for short stay”
Pros: The Boracay Shangr-la is a very lovely, well maintained resort. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The Chi spa on site was terrific- we chose the 3 day experience and loved it. Breakfast was included in our room package and the buffet was very nice with a wide variety of food to chose from. Cons: Long travel to hotel from Kalibo airport. My mistake. Choose Caticlan if you can. After trip from Hong Kong to Manila, to Kalibo, to jet boat that takes us to hotel, it took all day. There were delays on all the flights. Used Philippine Airlines. From Kalibo airport to jet boat is a two hour van ride. The Italian restaurant on site made my husband violently ill, and he never gets sick. We'd not been anywhere else besides the resort and this occurred on the 2nd day of our visit so we are fairly certain the restaurant was to blame or I wouldn't write it. There was a nurse on staff and she did the best she could. The manager did bring a get well tray with soup, gatorade, etc but we still lost an entire day to what we believe was food poisoning. Beach at resort was just okay.
“Excellent Resort”
Service is excellent at this 2 year old resort. Staff is well trained and greet you often times by name. The shuttle service to White Beach is very convenient. Spa is exactly what you would expect at a 5-Star hotel. Diving is amazing! Overall quality of food at the restaurants could be improved.
“shangri la boracay”
room assigned was all the way at the back of the hotel and with seniors and a kid in the group it was a long walk... dinner buffet had reservations and we were not notified of this beforehand so that was dissapointing to look for another place to eat...
