No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. "Lovely location on a working farm. Friendly, approachable staff, nice room with a big comfortable bed. Room was clean apart from a few cobwebs. The breakfast was excellent with a nice range and dare I say it the local black pudding was tastier than what I'd usually get from Bury! Only niggles were, the shower door was a little small for larger people and no hot water from sink tap. "I had a very pleasant stay at Chimneys. A lovely old house, despite it being on a main road into town (15 min walk) it was very quiet. I had a cosy room with the usual amenities, a nice view and a private bathroom across the hall. There is a good choice of breakfasts, and they'll do their best if you have any special requirements. "The welcome was very friendly. We were shown to the room up 2 flights of stairs. Good sized room with double bed ensuite. Bed was so comfortable. Ensuite shower was electric which worked fine but not as much water pressure I like but that's a personal thing. Ironing board with iron came in handy on the day of the wedding. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the Guinness!!"
