“5 star stay”
Amazing room, modern, fresh n spacious. Friendly staff.
“Clean, spacious and good value for money.”
The first room I was given I did request another one as it really smelt of smoke. The smell was very bad but the staff changed my room with ease no problems and straight away I was given another which was lovely. i had a very spacious room with a huge shower. Would recommend this hotel if you like Premier inns, also not badly priced for the location.
“True meaning of hospitality”
Hotel was extremely well maintained, clean and very nice and hospitable staff. Enjoyed the stay a lot would recommend the hotel to others as well. Hotel is quite far ..... but don't regret the travelling as i enjoyed the stay. Just the transportation to hotel is bit difficult but property is worth staying.
“good hotel experience”
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it had everything we needed. The staff were polite and the food was good. The facitilies of the hotel meant that we could enjoy a beer with our meal as no alcohol is served at the local star city even with food! Each room has its own air conditioning/ heating system so we were able to manage the temperature ourselves so that made it very comfortable. Didn't have any problems with noise at all so very happy with my lie in. There is shampoo, soap and tea and coffee making facilites in the room so all in all everything you need! It is also only a short walk (about 5 minutes) from star city so handy if there on bussiness. There was a warning not to leave anything on view in the cars parked outside the hotel which is understandable! All in all good value.

Although we did not rate this hotel 5 in all the categories, we have no major issues to complain about, but there is always room for improvement.
“Good value, and close to the motorway.”
Rooms are clean and well sized. Overall the hotel is modern feeling. It close to the motorway, which is good for avioding city traffic when getting there and leaving. The only negative was a bit of confusion with towels not being in the room, but a quick call to reception and towels were prompty brought to the room. This did happen twice, but not really a major issue!

“Overall good VFM hotel”
Hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking, car park was clean & tidy, reception were friendly and was clean & tidy although clearly designed for efficiancy with reception, bar, restaurant all in one location to make staffing these areas cost effective as one person could complete all these functions when quiet. Room was a good size, clean and well appointed, bathroom was good and functional clean and everything worked well including a good shower although no bath in my room which is fine as I like showers. Didn't try the food in the evening due to previous poor reviews, however excellent selection of restaurants in Star City 2 minutes away from hotel. Breakfast was a big dissapointment, only 6" plates provided which was rather small if you wanted a full english, limited range of breakfast options, packet scrambled eggs, no fried or poached, no mushrooms, no tomatoes, coffee was from vending which I hate, small selection of cereal, fruits. Overall the scores would have been much better had it not been for the poor breakfast offer
