“Very pleased”
Clean comfortable room with easily a sufficient amount of space, air conditioning, high standard bathroom - all well looked after. Staff very helpful and keen to help. Very enjoyable breakfast.
“Brilliant Location for Exploring City”
Located between the Guggenheim and the Old part of the city on the north side of the river, it's a great place to explore. Hotel is a business one, so perhaps lacks charm, but you will get a good night's sleep and good service!

If you can manage to get in (it is booked out well in advance-used by flight attendants) it is a great hotel, good location, parking conveniently located below, do not bother with buffet breakfast (not good-) -no soundproofing, can hear all plumbing, room movement above....all noise next door.

Your hotel was in a wonderful location. It was modern and well appointed and very pleasant.

We stayed for 2 nights and chose the location as it is so near the Guggenheim and the port (for our return journey). Reception staff were very helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable. We did not try breakfast, so cannot comment on value for money here. We only had a motorbike so parking was fairly resonable, may be expensive if you take a car. Location also very good for old part of town - lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

“Great location to explore Bilbao”
The Barcelo Nervion is very conveniently located for exploring Bilbao. Access to the river front, metro, buses, make it very easy to get to Casco Viejo(Old Town) and the amazing Guggenheim Museum. The breakfast buffet provided good variety to start the day.

The location could not be better, the room was very comfortable and spacious; the only inconvenience was the parking which is limited but there is one public parking close by.

everything from room to public areas is very good, the bar with snacks is open from early to late - the 4 seasons breakfast is wonderful
