"I specifically asked upon arrival if both heat and air conditioning was controlled and available in my room. A staff member assured both were ( it was Spring time.) But at night my flow of air was off and I did not return to sleep. It was too warm. Lowering the temperature made me wake up cold. Etc. Lose of sleep from 4am to rest of my day. They save money but I lost sleep."
