Hotyel was all that I anticipated. It was not luxurious, but very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had variety of items and it was very satisfying.

“Great inexpensive option”

Uninspiring entrance (go up a lift or stairs to reception) hid an inexpensive gem - top marks for cleanliness and comfortable beds and excellent continental breakfast buffet in a very good location.

“Convenient Location”

This hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes from the famous clock tower and the old city center. The staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was great, they had a wide variety of bread, fruit cereals and meats. I definitely recommend this hoel for it's convenience and cleanliness. We stayed in Bern for one night and wanted to see as much as we could. This hotel had an excellent location for our purpose. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place where you will relax and enjoy amenities as they do not offer much in that.

“The hotel met our expectations”

The hotel is conveniently located withing walking distance from the central railroad station, which also serves as a crossing point of various tram and bus routs. The personnel is very friendly and assisting. The room is neat and the bedding is soft and clean. Perhaps, there was a certain reason to situate the TV set just below the ceiling level, this reason is unknown to me. Bathroom facility was a bit worn out, but all the necessary gadgets were still there:) Not a tremendous view out the window, yet, the intended building of European architecture with a tiled roof is right there at the opposite side of the street. Nice!

“Too noisy”

It was too noisy. The shops, restaurants etc deliveries start before 06:00hr in the morning. The noise they produced echoes early hours. Totally unsuitable for busienss travellers.

“WORST Experience”

Getting the main entrance door opened was a new experience. Elevator is the crappiest one that I have ever seen in my life. Staff was very unfriendly. Room was on the 5th floor with slant ceiling. VERY VERY noisy because of the location on main street. People partying all night long. Parking was a headache.
