Really loved this place, the room was big enough and very technological. It’s also close to the city center you can go there walking and it takes like 30 mins or take a tram that takes like 8 minutes.

Talk about comfort and conveniences! This apartment had all of the latest technology gadgets, was conveniently located to public transportation and a helpful and friendly host that introduced us to it.

City tax collected at the property was bit too expensive and also have to change 2 buses to get to the hotel from neufeld bus centre. Had a good use of the kitchen utensils and the stove top.

Decent stay in a nice neighbourhood of Bern. Room was clean, however noisy constructions were happening which disturbed our sleep. Room had cool technology but sometimes it got in the way of functionality

The host Ajdin was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty modern and cozy. There is a parking garage but it is a bit narrow for bigger vehicles. Also there is street parking. if you dont have Twint or CHF coins, you can use Easy park app. overall it was a pleasant stay! ☺️

You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches.

I would not rebook

There is no air conditioning nor is there a fan in the room. There was only an air purifier which did not cool the room down. Towels are not changed nor is there any house keeping. The laundry facilities are a mess. Disappointed. Location was good though

I hope you like trains

I would highly recommend bringing sleeping earplugs or buy them in the city like I did. The trains are running constantly and makes a lot of sound. The room is getting hot with the windows closed even with the small portable aircon running (we were there in late September). The room itself was nice and clean when we checked in but during our stay there was no cleaning or anything. We saw cleaning personnel in the building, but no one came to our room. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen solution smart and it was even a modern toilet that could clean and dry you after you had done your business. And with google translate we could figure out the Chinese instructions on some of the gadgets.

The room is really cool, its by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I love how there’s a mini kitchen where we can cook. It’s close to the Old Town City too, that’s a plus.
