The hotel is very conveniently located for the central bus station (almost on it's premises) but a bit far out from Berlin. Breakfast was really good, the breakfast room is on the top floor with lovely panoramic views of the city.

Right next to Berlin bus station. S and U bahn are nearby so we bought 24 hour tickets to spend some time in the city for food and sightseeing.

Great hotel for a resonable price
Great hotel at a resonable price. Used for a weekend trip (two adults and two kids in one room). It is not in the city center, but it has great links to get there (about 30-40 minutes by bus or train/metro). Only issue was a misinformation about breakfast time given at reception, which we almost lost on the first day. We would stay again if returning to Berlin.

Excellent location with great views of Berlin. Easy to find, with easy free parking and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations a short walk. Breakfast was great in a restaurant with the best view of the city centre. Comfortable bed in a clean room… …and you know what you’re getting with an Ibis hotel, and the staff here were particularly friendly and helpful. I would stay nowhere else next time I’m in Berlin.

It was plain, not fancy, but that is what I needed and liked. The staff were professional and friendly and were truly interested in assisting their guests.

Perfectly adequate once you are inside
Perfectly adequate hotel for a night prior to a long-distance bus trip from the neighbouring ZOB. Interior of the hotel seems fairly fresh, the facade of the hotel and its immediate surrounding is very run-down/dated/dirty.

This ibis is a pretty low-end, poorly maintained one. The 24/7 bar is also ib reality just bottled cola you can buy at the reception.

Ibis keeping up their reputation.
I’ve stayed here a couple of time’s when I’ve gone to Berlin. You just get what you expect from a brand hotel. Continued high standard. Friendly staff and exactly as described. What else do you need?

Good hotel location near u-bahn station and bus station. Good and helpful reception. Breakfast had good variety and served up to 12pm. We got there and aircon was not working well but they fixed it immediately. Hotel room was spacious enough for 4 of us and was clean. I would recommend this hotel definitely

Our room reservation was cancelled when we checked in and finally we were given a room with 2 twin beds, and not 3 as per reservation. On person slept on a chair. Expect a refund for this poor service.

No mini bar or toiletries, no restaurant, no extra bedding or towels. Walls too thin: conversations in next room and corridor clearly audible. Woken every night by people upstairs, next door or in corridor: not particularly noisy people; sound insulation just not adequate.

It is a good location especially for people who wants to go to Berlin Messe. Just 5 minutes walking distance to go to the Messe. Central bus stop is just located next to the hotel. It is very convenient!
