It felt not like a hotel. Reseption was close on my arrival so had to pick up keys at a store 100 m away. Workers outside my window in the backyard. Hard to sleep and to hot with windows closed. Good location and when I met them friendly staff. Could be a bit more fancy.

Happy at Hermannplatz
The hotel was easy to find being close to two u bahn stations. The girl on reception was very friendly helping me with printout instructions of how to get to my sightseeing destinations. My room was quite large for a single guest with private bathroom with shampoo and clean towels. It was plainly decorated but clean and warm. The breakfast was a warm boiled egg, meats and cheese, grapes and cherry tomatoes. Also two large fresh crusty baps and cereal and yoghurt. Also fresh orange juice and as much coffee as you wanted. All this for eight euros, bargain. Would not hesitate to stop here again.

The hotel is good value for the money. No elevator. Excellent breakfast. Great friendly staff. A coffee pot in the room would be a nice addition.

Kreitzberg double rroom
The hotel is one flight of stairs up with no elevator. It has a most pleasant view of kreitzberg. The room was ample. The walk-in shower small with good controls. The staff is bright and attentive, service minded.

Cheap and comfortable hotel. Initial impression was somewhat disappointing as the entrance is dark and a little run down. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Good location and value
I stayed here because it's close to the place I visited. The location was convenient and there were many eateries nearby. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, although the space was a little tight especially the bathroom.

Decent hotel for decent price
I spent two nights in this hotel and it was perfectly adequate. The rooms were basic, but clean, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the location, but had a bit of an issue with my room: 1) it must have been previously used as a smoking room and 2) there ended up being a water leak from a pipe in the wall. Fortunately I was given a different room with neither of these problems. I did not have breakfast there, so I cannot comment on that.

Small hotel centrally in Kreuzberg
Small hotel at one of the main streets in Kreuzberg. Close to U-Bahn and Karstadt. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very noisy if you get a room on the street side.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einem alten Gebäude. Leider hat die Lüftung mein Zimmer komplett mit Zigarettenqualm geflutet, so dass das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht bestialisch stank. Frühstück gab es in einem kleinen Raum zubereitet vom Personal, kein Buffett. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, einfacher Standard, enge Zufahrt. Parkplatz nicht für Transporter.

Excelente escolha
Hotel com excelente custo-benefício. Bem localizado no Kreuzberg, bairro turco com duas estações de metrô bem próximas e muitas opções de alimentação. A recepção não funciona 24h. Mas você fica com a chave da porta do hotel e é bem tranquilo chegar à noite. A equipe é bastante simpática e faz questão de agradar e realizar as solicitações. A única crítica que deixo é não ter um frigobar no quarto. Mas no geral o hotel foi uma grande escolha. Viajei com mulher e filha de 8 anos. E voltando a Berlim, nos hospedaremos no Hotel am Hermannplatz novamente com certeza.

Super service og pænt værelse. Eneste minus: Der var meget trafikstøj fra gaden. Altandør/vinduer isolerede godt mod støjen - men det var meget varmt at sove med lukket vindue.

Jeg foretrækker at bo på Hotel am Hermannplatz af samtlige hoteller i Berlin, hvor jeg trods alt har prøvet at bo på et par stykker under mine 120 ophold i byen. Jeg holder af stilheden, enkelheden og det helt forrygende, rare personale. Værelserne er med tykke gardiner, som sikrer en god nats søvn. Der er kiosk, U-bahn, bazar, Bar Schlawinchen, Ankerklause, Hasenheide, Tempelhofer, hipstere og hele Berlins smeltedigel af nationaliteter lige udenfor døren. Nej, Hotel am Hermannplatz er ikke luksus eller med et overdådigt tag-selv-bord af en morgenbuffet, men du får lov til at passe dig selv.

War mit meiner Familie 2 Nächte da, im großen ind Ganzem hat es uns gefallen, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nachts etwas laut, da wir es nicht gewohnt sind von uns ( leben in ner Kleinstadt) Und für Kreuzberg sind die echt alle nett. Wir waren zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit das selbe Hotel buchen. Gleich um de Ecke nen großer Spielplatz Was in jeder Straße findet man Spielplätze Viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super zu erreichen mit der U-Bahn

Endast tak över huvudet
Gammalt omodernt boende, motsvarade inte bilderna på sidan. Flera trappor att gå. Nyckel till porten, nyckel till korridor o nyckel till rum, mycket skramlande och smällande i dörrar -lyhört. Knarrande golv, rumsdörr som slår varje gång någon annan stänger sin dörr. Garderobsdörr öppnar sig när man går på det lutande golvet.
