The Space:
Nestled in Bendigo, our sleek and fully furnished abode boasts two bedrooms and a bathroom, offering a cozy haven for travellers. The main bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed, complemented by a snug double in the secondary room, all adorned with premium linens ensuring your utmost comfort. For larger groups, a convenient sofa bed accommodates up to six guests with ease.

Step into the bathroom adorned with pristine white tiles and a spacious walk-in shower enclosed in sleek glass, exuding a sense of luxury. Deluxe amenities await, catering to your every need.

Unwind in the inviting lounge, where a generously sized couch beckons for movie nights or quality time with your group. The sofa seamlessly transforms into a bed for extra accommodation, though guests are kindly asked to bring their own linens.

Prepare culinary delights in the modern kitchen, which features all the essential fixtures and ample counter space for effortless meal preparation. Gather around the cozy dining table indoors or enjoy your feast al fresco in the intimate outdoor space.

Guest Access:
You have private access by using a the electronic door code provided. The base price is for two people (1 room). We will only provide access to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for as follows:
1-2 guests - 1 room (1x queen bed)
3-4 guests - 2 rooms (1x queen bed)
5-6 guests - common room (1x double fold-out couch, guests must provide their own linen).

Getting to Bendigo Racecourse is easy as it's a pleasant 10-minute walk away. And if you're looking for a peaceful and serene spot, the Bendigo Botanical Gardens are practically in the backyard of this property, with just a 350m walk to reach them.

For a delightful local breakfast, visit Omari Bendigo at the Botanical Gardens, or head to Vibe Street Eats on Napier Street for a casual café experience.

Experience Bendigo’s lively town centre by strolling the streets and popping into shops and cafes. With a wide range of dining options, you won't be disappointed when it comes to dinner time. Getting Around:
Bus Route 5 stop at Hamelin & Napier St is located directly outside.
Epsom Station, with access to the V line, is 2.7km away.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
