“Very nice modern hotel”
The hotel rooms were very elegant and modern. Room keeping made sure to always have the room nice and clean. This hotel feels more like a 5 star hotel. My experience was great and i recommend. The only con is that is a bit far away from everything in beijing except the summer palace which is like 5 minutes away. Nice arear also. If you walk two blocks down you will find a nice mall that has many stores and western restaurants.
“Great location to Metro”
Located NW of Beijing city center (Haidian district). Very convenient location to Metro station (less than 5 min walk). Need special arrangements for tour pickups since not part of regular tour routes. Modern hotel, clean, comfortable room, very firm bed. Restaurant food expensive like many hotels. Need to take subway or taxi to reach any of city tourist areas. Limited shopping and restaurants around hotel. 10 min walk to Renmin University and 15 mins by subway to Peking University East Gate.
“Nice hotel, close to subway and Beida!”
Excellent location for touring Beijing with easy access to the subway. My room had a great view of Beijing. Restaurants in the hotel were very nice though pricy by Beijing standards, but good for a jet lagged soul.
“Nice Apartment Hotel in Beijing”
I booked this hotel becoz of its high rating among Expedian travelers. My recent first-hand experience with it have proved that all the nice words about it are accurate.
“One Of The Best Hotels That I HAve Stayed In”
The service at the hotel was Great!!! The staff was very nice & friendly. The rooms was very nice & spacious. The view to the outside was very nice as well. To My surprise the restuarant was incredible!!! I probably should have eaten there everyday. One of the nice extra's is that the bottled water was FREE. It was quite a shock!!! There was a mall that was within walking distance to the hotel. I was very well satisfied with staying there. When I go back to Beijing, I will stay there again. Thank-you !!! On A Scale Of 1 to 10 I give it A 12!!!
“Beijings Best Hotel!!!”
I loved this hotel. This hotel was more like a 5 star. The Loft apartment was cheap, elegant and spacious. The gym and pool was clean and big. I didn't want to leave my hotel. I got more than I expected. The pictures on the website are very accurate to the hotel appearance. It is a $7-15 us dollar taxi ride to forbidden city and silk street. I recommend to any traveler who appreciates cleanliness. The people at the front desk spoke good English and wrote down in Chinese what our destination was for the taxi drivers. Food at hotel was very good. Best hotel I saw in Beijing. I would stay here again everytime I was in Beijing.
“Very Good, but service could be a little better”
First, the location of this Hotel was probably not bad if you were attending the Olympics, but if you plan to do much sightseeing in Beijing, you're better off finding a hotel nearer to the center of the city. That said, the subway station is about a 5-minute walk, so you can readily get to other parts of Beijing without too much difficulty. Location aside, the rooms are great, and clean. The staff was mostly friendly, though not overwhelmingly so. My main complaint about the hotel was that I asked about changing money, and was told I needed to come back at a specific time later to catch the person who could do this... and this happened 3 times before I actually got my money exchanged. (FYI: This is a service provided by most decent hotels in China, and you'll get a better deal than changing money at the airport.)
“Ariva is good but can better”
The rooms were very clean.....The room service and the hotel contact were the only problems. During my entire stay no one who answered the telephone really understood English. I kept being transfered to different people until finally someone could help me on a limited basis. Only two employees "Ms. Wu and Mr. Wang" spoke enough English to assist my concerns. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable if there had been an EMERGENCY. This is an excellent hotel, but they need staff that can accomodate all guests. I would definitely stay there again......

“Very Good Hotel”
Here what we got: 1- location really close to a metro station 2- Room: outstanding two levels a lot of space 3- Food: good quality LOT OF OPTIONS, Breakfast make sure it is included, dinners are very expensive you better go out. 4- English: you are on your own is limited but they do the extra effort to help you. 5- price very good for the level of service I will stay there any time
