Staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. They seemed annoyed we were checking in. Did not explain wi fi or breakfast options. After a 12 hour drive we meet pissed off people at the desk. There was a birthday party there and people were saying hello to the front desk people as they walked in. Desk people did not even acknowledge them. I felt uncomfortable for the guests. Too bad as the hotel is very nice.

The toilet didn’t work and they wanted me to plunge it. At 238 a night I was completely appalled. Other than that it was good.

The check in process was quick and easy. The lady who checked us in was friendly with us. The room we were given was ok. The bathroom did not look clean. There was mold under shower faucet, the tub floor looked yellow, dried toothpaste on floor, and it just felt overall gross. The beds were super uncomfortable and felt like center was so worn down that theres a hole. We wouldnt stay there again.

Quick , helpful and friendly. Checked right in. Didn’t have to wait for room. Room clean and bathroom clean. Very nice hotel.

I tend to stay at high end hotels so take this review with a grain of salt. The hotel had flat screen TVs but did not have any HD channels. The channel guide was not accurate and was on a piece of paper. There was no option to use a guide on the screen or login to a streaming service. Toilet was old school circle the drain slow flush. They only clean the room every 3 days and if you want everyday, you have to tell them. Some of the USB’s in the room were not working. Unfortunately, I think this was the 2nd best hotel in the area. Yikes!!!

Autumn was very helpful and efficient during our check in after a long car ride from Canada! We appreciated her pleasant nature and knowledge. The suite was large, clean and nicely laid out for our family’s overnight stay. The only disappointment…. Signs stated the Holiday Inn is a smoke free hotel yet there was an overwhelming smoke odour lingering in the hallway. Otherwise great stay, free breakfast and lovely staff. Thanks very much!

4th floor suite you would think would be quiet. A blower of some sort is deafening in the room. My husband is a bit hard of hearing so we didn’t move rooms but I slept with a pillow covering my head. Room was dated and in a retro theme no less…. bed was comfortable.

I have stayed here before and the last couple times the rooms that I had were renovated and very nice. This time not so much. Holes in the wall cracked bed terrible tv At the price paid for this room for one night I am not thrilled and will definitely consider other options in future

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and my daughter got to eat for free. The pool and hot tub were excellent, especially after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

We had to evacuate the building on our second night because of an alarm that went off. This was around 1 o’clock in the morning and we were startle from sleep. We had to leave the building and went to our car and it was 30 degrees and snowing. Come to find out someone was smoking in the room. The second night that we stayed there was someone with the children directly above our room. They stomped around on the floor until late into the morning. We could hear just about every move, they made. I would suggest when scheduling rooms that they look where they place people with children. They certainly should not be on a top floor if they’re going to be rambunctious. The meals were wonderful. The waitress was super. Breakfast was absolutely the best we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Kudos to your kitchen staff

Great place to stay!
Hotel was very clean. Great customer service. Hot tub & Pool area was great as well. Had dinner at hotel restaurant & burger had amazing flavor. Love how the restaurant, bar & lounge is all on the premises. Would definitely stay again.

Very average stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable but room was a a little dated. Bathroom was small and so was shower. TV volume was a little touchy and noise from outside was very noticeable on the first floor. Restaurant and bar at hotel but didn’t use them. There were other dining options close by within a short distance.

Check in could have been a little quicker, however Rebecca did give us a room with a walk in shower which was good for my wife. The inside was noisier than most hotels we have stayed in. You could hear the people in the room above walking around as well as peoples talking.
