"The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and looked exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions. From the grounds to the rooms, everything was well-maintained and inviting. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only negative interaction we had was with the tour representative, who was very persistent and seemed unwilling to accept “no” for an answer when we declined the presentation. It made for an uncomfortable experience that could have easily been avoided. Our butler was very sweet and pleasant whenever we interacted with him. However, we were a bit disappointed by the level of attentiveness we received. We often observed him going above and beyond for other guests, while our requests and needs didn’t seem to receive the same level of attention. While he was always kind, we expected a more consistent butler experience. Despite those minor issues, the resort itself exceeded our expectations. The beauty of the property, cleanliness, and exceptional service from most of the staff made for a memorable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning."

What was not comfortable is that at the beach area are too many sellers standing right in front and next to the hosts in groups, they are looking to sell but there are too many, some watching and my wife didn't feel comfortable. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation. Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed. And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!"

"Jefrey bartender is amazing very humble and pleasant. Pools and amenities are great. The only thing this hotel needs work in the room service food. The staff is great but once the room service food gets to the room it tastes old and cold. Maybe think about keeping it in a concealed container to maintain warm."

"Excelente todo. Volveríamos a ir. Aunque nos deben la decoración de la habitación ya que era la de Luna de miel, no la decoraron como decía en la aplicación. Tampoco vi la cesta de frutas que decían que dejarían en la habitación. Pero el resto todo excelente."
