“Great Hotel, next time in Bath will stay here again”
The hotel is situated up a hill from the town center, near the circus, & crescent. This hotel consists of several houses combined, so there is a staircase for each house. On the first day we had difficulty finding our room. A bonus is free car parking, just give your keys to reception, your car will be taken away & parked, no problem retrieving your car, it will be returned in minuets. Car parking can be both expensive & difficult in Bath. The hotel staff are always pleasant, available & helpful. Next time we go to Bath, The Queensberry will be our first choice.
“Absolutely perfect”
Could not recommend this hotel enough, great proximity to the centre of Bath and only a few minutes walk to the Royal Crescent. This hotel offers a lot of added touches like shoe shine service and a spa pack for those visiting the thermae spa, unfortunately the lady did not mention this to us so we did not realise until I read the handbook. It includes towel and bathrobe which would have saved us money rather than hiring from the spa itself. Our room was a great size, with a very comfortable but soft bed. The bathroom was huge and the shower was great. The only slight negative was the breakfast, it was absolutely lovely and tasty but was on the pricy side. It's not included in the room rate but is £15 extra each. On out return to bath we will definitely stay at the Queensbury again as even though not cheap, the service, location and comfort definitely made it worthwhile.
“Customer service at its best”
I've been to a few hotels in the UK and know how you don't always get your money's worth (especially in London). This one was the complete opposite. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They parked the car, got us towels and robes for the thermal spa, and tried everything to make us feel at home. The room was very spacious with a big bath and a superb view of chimneys, houses and hills. If I had to sum everything up in a few words, I would say: it feels like 5 stars, but you only pay for 3.

A lovely overnight stay. It would have been inproved if we could have checked in earlier.
