“'Zenit' hotel experiense”

I really had a good time staying in the hotel. My feedback is excellent taking under consideration the price. I really liked the location. It is located not in the very center but close to Metro that operates very well and not very expensive. The location is good as you can escape the touristic crowds of people and see real Spain. All tidy and clean. I would love to come back. So go for it!

“Staying in Barcelona”

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice and the room is spacious with the convenient storage. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The room was on the 4th floor. Though some street noise can be heard, it is just not more than some noise of the city. Overall we had very comfortable stay and rested well for our next day activities. The bathroom is spacious and convenient. The location is a little bit off from the main tourist attraction and the main street of the city. Probably 15 -20 mins to stroll to the La Rambla. There is a metro station which we used a couple of times when we were very tired - may be 5mins if not less from the hotel. Neighborhood feels very safe and quiet even around midnight.

“Stylish, comfortable, centrally located hotel”

I liked the hotel. The room, although a bit smallish for me, was very normal for a European hotel, and had a fridge. The windows faced the small inner yard and the wall opposite was in about 30 ft. which was too close but the curtains helped. Good soundproofing - couldn't hear anything except very rare voices in the corridor.

“everything you need from hotel in barcelona!”

This was a short weekend break- and would certainly recommend the hotel to others and use again. clean, friendly- not far from metro- and walking into main parts of barcelona in 15-20 mins. excellent wee bakery round corner for breakfast- supermarkets too - clean- good shower . Good value for money I would say ! Also had meal in El Jardin- certainly recomment that too!

“Great Hotel”

Zenit was easy to find from Hospital Clinic metro station. Room was clean and warm, bathroom very clean with two basins. Only had the buffet breakfast once but staff were friendly, and there was a good variety of food, albeit a bit expensive. Bar was quiet when we stayed, prices not too bad. Some fairly good restuarants one or two blocks away. All major sights within walking distance, or a short metro ride.

“great location”

rooms smaller than we were used to in the USA, but very clean and comfortable. great location to walk to most attractions, but also a few blocks from a stop for the bus tour.

“Comfortable place to stay”

Would use again. Quiet location but with plenty of local facilities - including supermarkets. Barcelona has a very efficient metro service and there are two stations (Hospital Clinic and Urgell) just five minutes walk from the hotel. Or you can walk to most of the main tourist sites in around 25-30 minutes. Clean hotel. Room not huge but perfectly adequate. Staff quickly changed remote control for TV and were polite and helpful.

“Excellent base for exploring Barcelona”

Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff at the desk discreet but very helpful. The room wasn't huge but was perfectly adequate for all the time we spent in it. The only gripes would be that the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom and there was no kettle/tea & coffee making facilities. We didn't eat at the hotel although the restaurant menu looked good and reasonable value. We got breakfast at the baker's coffee shop just round the corner. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Hospital Clinic metro station so everything is easily accessible.

“Very satisfied with the personnel and hotel”

Very good location, helpful and polite personnel, well appointed and clean rooms. We missed the first night of our stay because of the road being shut down due to snow over the Pyrenees. However, the rest of our stay was quite pleasant. There is a nice small bakery right around the corner where one can have a pleasant breakfast. My wife loved the hot chocolate. The hotel provides parking for a fee, but they refunded ours after the room safe would not open and they had to cut into it, with us having to wait for resolution. A full size car will barely navigate the narrow ramps into the garage, so drive carefully and back up as necessary, the walls are full of scratches. Otherwise parking in Barcelona is pretty tough.

“Very Nice Hotel”

This is for sure a hotel I will recommend. The hotel is few blocks from the tour bus stop. The rooms are very clean and the personnel is very nice.
