“Ramblas Base”

Perfect location for a Barcelona Break. Right on the Ramblas with the Metro 1 minute walk away. Double Glazing means you do not hear anything from the street no matter how busy it gets.

“Excellent Hotel and Perfect Location”

This is a great hotel if you want to stay in the center of the city. The hotel is on La Rambla with the train station and airport shuttle just a block away. The room was renovated with flat screen TV, modern furniture. The staff was very helpful as well.

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona - The Royal Ramblas is situated at the top of La Rambla near the Placa Catunlunya. We upgraded to a superior room with views over the street and it was worth it! The room was clean, the bathroom well stocked with lovely toiletries and the reception staff were extremely helpful.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. The front desk staff was very friendly, The room was clean and quite nice. The best thing this hotel has going for it is the location. You are within walking distance of almost every tourist attraction in barcelona. Ask the desk clerk for the coupon book to the "On and Off bus" and a good map of Barcelona. The restaurant is nothing great, but there are many other places within walking distance.

“Loved the Ramblas!”

The Hotel was really lovely and perfect for our needs! The reception staff was excellent and allowed us to check-in at noon so the kids could sleep after our all-night flight. The rooms were spacious, clean and inviting. We loved the location. Despite being right on the Ramblas, the noise from the street was minimal and we slept well. Definitely recommend!

It is in an ideal location and walking distance from many attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The bus stops and ample metro stations make the hotel a perfect location for public transport. Las Ramblas is a great street but the lower end towards the monument should be avoided at night.

Walking distance to many sights and right next to the metro for those placs a little further. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful hotel and location”

This hotel was wonderful in all aspects. It's location on Las Ramblas can't be surpassed in our estimation. It was also convenient to the Aero Bus stop for the airport and for the city bus tours.
