Close to all the good spots on Sukhumvit.

“Non-smokers beware!”

The only problem I had with the hotel is the smoking rooms. I am a non smoker, and after booking the hotel and checking in I was told that the hotel mostly caters to Japanese customers, and that all their standard rooms are smoking. It was a small problem, but did alter the comfort of the experience. If you're not too into having all your possessions smelling like a cigarette, then perhaps this hotel is not for you. Otherwise, it is in the perfect location near BTS Asok and the MRT underground. The shopping in the area is some of the most modern in Bangkok, and there are heaps of restaurants.

“Better value around.”

this property whilst clean and with freindly staff could offer better services. even a simple thing like a buffet breakfast would bring the standard up. Nice people, location was ok...just needs better food and beverage. there are many hotels offer better packages for same or less money.

“Terrible, stay away”

No parking, loud construction/renovation works, unhelpful front desk staff, mediocre rooms, impossible to find from the road (light beige letters on slightly darker beige sign .....) unless you actually know where it is located ... All together, my recommendation is to stay elsewhere.
