I have stayed here many times. It is very convenient for the airport, good value and has a lovely open-air restaurant/bar on top of the building. The rooms are reasonable and very clean/tidy.

I was charged the room fee by Expedia and then again by the Hotel after my stay. Nobody (neither Expedia nor the hotel) could resolve this issue so I ended up paying double for this booking.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was quite decent. It was a nice stay to recover from our long flight to Thailand.

- loud band playing next to hotel. Woman screaming into a microphone. - food on rooftop restaurant was not bad. - waitresses had zero training and zero experience. But they seemed pleasant as most thai people are. - this is a 2 star property at best.

Decent place for the price. Really cool metal statues all around with pop culture movie themes. The rooftop skyview restaurant is awesome, and has live music. Not a place for light sleepers; The A/C made me think there was an earthquake, plus the airplanes flying overtop. Breakfast buffet is out of a box. The gym room is lacking and all the cardio machines are broken. Sauna is also out of order. Pool is small. Spa / Massage area is not open either.

The front desk person doesn’t seem to care very much. No smile and not doesn’t seem to want to welcome us. I work in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years but have never experienced anybody who doesn’t want to welcome the guest. I would definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

I was disappointed with my stay as the room had a foul smell and the wifi didn't actually work in the room only in the hallway. The staff's response, or lack thereof, to my complaints was the most disappointing as they were rude and didn't offer any viable solution. They came to the room fiddled with the AC remote and left and didn't say anything until we checked out in the morning. When traveling it is essential to have wifi and the fact that this was unavailable honestly solidified my resolve to never stay here again which is sad because the location and area is great for a short term airport stay.

Third time staying at this property. Again our room was a good size, bed very comfortable and water hot. WiFi is good. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is great if you have an early flight. Transfers to airport are 24 hours. If they are not included in your rate, they are cheap. I think we paid 100 Baht each for one way. Dinner on the rooftop was delicious and service excellent. Breakfast, we didn’t have this time, but know it is very basic. In saying that there is enough to get you started for the day. Would definitely recommend and excellent value for the price.

Lovely hotel and staff. Transfer from the airport needs sorting out, I had to wait almost an hour for my car and then he dropped me off at the wrong hotel, so I had to walk to the right one, I am disabled with mobility issues.

Myself and my wife enjoy staying at the Suvarnabhumi Suite after my arrival in Bangkok and prior to my departure.We travel the short distance to and from the airport usually in around 15 minutes.We enjoy using the roof top restaurant,Sky 72,or walking to one of many good quality food shop on Lat Krabang rd.The staff are always helpful and welcoming,and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

Our second stay at this property and not our last. Absolutely perfect location to stay before or after a flight. Just minutes from the airport. Friendly, welcoming staff. Pool area is nice and we had a swim before dinner to cool down a bit. The room was a reasonable size with a balcony, clean and bed was comfortable. We had an amazing dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Sitting out there, listening to live music, watching planes land was simply magical. Prices of the dishes were so reasonable. We had breakfast included which was fairly basic but adequate. WiFi was good. The airport transfers were easy to arrange. All in all a good stay and would definitely recommend as great value for money.

I stayed in 5th floor suite which was spacious and clean. Hotel lobby staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. However I would not stay here again for number of reasons. 1. No amenities (soap is not provided, they only place 2 towels per room and must reuse your entire stay). 2. No shower!!!!! (Rooms are equipped with bathtub only). Speaking of bathtubs, it is approximately 3 feet high and is extremely awkward climbing in and out of without steps. Not ideal for handicap, children, or elderly. 3. AC does not work consistently. Rooms will randomly get extremely hot and AC will leak water onto floor. 4. Restuarant staff are not so friendly. They can be rude at times. Ill rate this property 4/10

Property is a bit tired but rooms are lovely and clean. Nice pool. Sky top restaurant is excellent. Convenient location. Staff were very helpful. Shout out to the male staff person who is originally from Kanchanaburi (sorry, can’t remember your name). He helped us call taxi and provided great restaurant service.

The room was nice but the shower pressure was awful and fluctuated constantly. The pool was nice and we had a nice meal on the rooftop. Shame about the construction work on the main road dividing the town into two.

We booked a suite and in the room description it said there was a bathtub. I assumed the bathtub would be in addition to a shower, but after getting to the room, discovered that the bathtub was instead of a shower. There was a handheld personal shower in the tub but had to sit down to use it and very difficult to get in and out of the tub. Bed was also uncomfortable for sleeping.

If it wasn’t for concierge, we would have been totally displease. Rooms were spacious but hallway had a bad smell, rooms were dated and did not feel secure. Limited breakfast and it was always cold. If it weren’t for Santi our planner and driver these last 4 days of 16 in SE Asia would have been so disappointing.

The interior and rooms need to be up dated. Its a beautiful exterior old building with a unique collection of transformers sculptures that are amazing. The staff are amazing. close to the airport

Only had 5 hours sleep due to late night arrival and early start but would try again in future. A little more expensive but VERY convenient for the airport whether for an early departure or late arrival
