“Excellent Service and Location”

Amazing Hotel - Staff was perfect; and the hotel is wonderful. I would recommend getting a booking early for their Thai Restaurant in the hotel - it was fantastic. This also is a great location with the Sky Train right next door - taxis are inexpensive and the ferry boats are easy as well. Can't wait to go back!!

“Stay in a great hotel”

Hotel fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were on the executive floor and when going to the lounge everyone remembered us and knew what we drank. The staff around the pool were continually topping up cold water and bringing fruit. The whole experience was wonderful, I will be back. Thank you.

“Felt Like Royalty.”

Our stay was perfect from the BMW pick up at the airport to the in room check in and the upgraded suite including the executive lounge with free sodas and complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour from 5:30 til 7:30 pm. The room was fantastic and immaculate with a breathtaking view of the river and pool area. We had a very authentic Thai meal at the hotel that included live traditional dances. We did not have the time to use the gym facility but did use the pool which was clean and warm and felt fantastic in the 90 degree heat. We definitely were made to feel like royalty by all of the staff.

“Best location in Bangkok”

Probably the best location for a short stay in Bangkok. We used a room with river view (number 1919) and it was well worth paying slightly extra for this. I would guess other floors are similar in layout so any room number ending in 19 would be in the same orientation to the river. The restaurants were expensive and not especially interesting. We were bitten by mosquitos eating outside so we would avoid this in future.

“Great for a luxury holiday at a reasonably price”

The hotel was spectacular, both in decor and helpfulness if staff. I was unwell during my stay and the quickly got me a doctor. They extended my check out time by 8 hours and provided free canapés during this time. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

“This hotel is better than first class.”

This hotel was absolutely marvelous in all respects. Based on my recent stay there, I am now planning to return there for my next holiday which I hope will be soon. The staff are, without exception, wonderful and extremely helpful. The cleanliness and comfort is beyond first class and the location is ideal being convenient for both the river express boats and the Skytrain meaning the historic sights and the main shopping areas are easily reached without need to use Bangkok's rather congested roads.
