“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay”
The hotel was luxurious and very comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The Manager, Alex, in particular spoke ENglish fluently and was immensely helpful providing a wealth of useful information and assistance which made our stay in Phuket extremely enjoyable.
“excellent airport hotel”
We have stayed at the hotel many times and will return. We have also recommended it to friends. The room, the food and the pool were all excellent. The free hotel bus collects you from the airport and takes you back when you leave. The longest we have waited for the bus is two minutes and the trip takes only about five minutes so it is most convenient.
“Great hotel for airport transfer”
We stayed 1 night at the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport. After arriving in around 10pm we quickly found the Novotel transfer desk and were driven by mini bus to the Novotel. This is a complimentary service. Check in was quick and easy (although the desk staff did comment that there can be waits up to 1 hour). The room was a delight, large clean and a really comfortable King Size bed. I'm a little of the rock hard beds we found in the rest of Asia! The hotel reception area is very large and ornate - not what you would expect of an airport hotel. Best place to stay between flights and would even consider longer.
“Relaxing airport hotel”
We arrived in Bangkok on the overnight train and the hotel gave us an early check-in - 8am. We had a lovely relaxing day by the pool - superb hotel, beautiful big pool area, great food and the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. Sets you up for the long flight home.

At the airport. Transportation from and to airport excellent. Staff is very accommodating and willing to help. Rooms are very very clean and large. Hotel restaurants are great. Definitely, will stay again if in the area.
“What a surprise - fantastic!”
I was expecting this to be a cheap and cheerful - but it was fab! The reception/lobby has a massive high ceiling and was so pretty, with great ornaments. The room was decorated in a very contemporary fashion and the bathroom had a lovely beige marble theme. The staff were really efficient, we had breakfast in our room and they brought it all in and even set up a full table. The minibus to transport us from the airport was waiting outside the airport on our arrival and there are several waiting outside the hotel for when you need to travel back, free of charge. Which was great as we arrived in the small hours. I would thoroughly recommend this - it is very contemporary chic.
“Perfect AT-THE-AIRPORT hotel”
Clean, very nice modern hotel with good restaurant and bar, AT THE AIRPORT. Perfect for late-arriving (or early departing) flights. Free transport to/from airport. However: this hotel is essentially on airport grounds, so there is no nightlife, restaurants, or shopping nearby. You would not want to make this a "base" for touristing Bangkok.
“Excellent stop over hotel”
Our son stayed at Novotel on the way back home to the UK, arriving early in the morning in Bangkok. The hotel allowed him to check in at 8am (we had contacted them before arrival to request an early check in)which was most appreciated after a long period travelling and the need for a good rest. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, the pool was very pleasant and the staff very helpful. Its close proximity to the airport was an added bonus for early morning flights as the airport is a long way out of Bangkok centre. We can highly recommend the hotel.
“Bangkok Airport”
An excellent choice if one wants to stay near the Bangkok airport. The shuttle ran continuously.
