“Great place to stay for a family”

This is a great place to stay in a very convenient location. The breakfast was great, the pool was small, but good enough for kids to play and do laps. The gym is new and well equipped, and the hotel was at a walking distance to Lumpini Park. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a very nice variety of western, and Thai food with enough variety to be able to eat something different everyday.

“Great hotel for accessing Bangkok”

This hotel is in a great location, right next to Ploenchit sky train station. It is therefore remarkably easy to get around Bangkok from here. The staff were really helpful, kind and generous with their time and information. There is a lovely pool which overlooks the city's skyscrapers. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

“Good hotel & pleasing staff”

Very well located. Staff very polite and very efficient. Food in Room Service was fine. However, during our stay the Chinese Menu, though part of the In Roon Dining menu, was not operative - a bit disappointing. The New Year's Eve Party in the Executive Lounge was a let down !! Despite all this, we enjoyed our stay and would repeat - hopefully with the Chinese menu operative !!

“Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit”

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Foods are excellent but the porridge & coffee are a bit cold. The location of the hotel is close to the Sky train and convenient for other purposes.

“5 stars all the way !”

We arrived around 6pm on a Sunday and were immediately whisked up to the top floor for executive check in and the end of "happy hour" (5-7pm). This was complimentary,drinks AND food (which was totally unexpected) and after 2 or 3 Margheritas we were feeling very relaxed and no longer starving. Excellent service, all with a smile and delicious ! Our room was very comfortable and up to date. We were only metres from the skytrain station which was why I booked ths hotel in the first place. When next in Bangkok, we will definitely return ! Only 4 star hotel, but 5 star service.

“Great Hotel Overall”

The staff was very welcoming and attentive at all times. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offered was superior in quality vs. other resorts we visited during our 3 week stay in Thailand. The offer of six different pillows for personal use was awesome - except the maid service took the specialty pillow each day and we had to call for them each night again. The only disappointment was the overly priced transportation that the hotel offered vs. a local taxi or other car service. The hotel charges 3,000 baht for a van to pick up from the airport. We ended up taking private car (van) service from the airport for only 1,200 baht.
