“Nice Hotel”

We stayed in Monaco Hotel from 23.04.12 to 2.05.12 and enjoyed it a lot. Our room was on 5th floor. The room was a bit small, but very clean and neat. The bed was just perfect for a couple. AC worked well. Free wi-fi in rooms. Room service was good. NO BUGS AND NO MOSQUITOES!!! The hotel has a small lobby, the staff is kind. Perfect location. Near the BTS station.

“Disappointing facilities”

Management & service could not be faulted. However, I was disappointed with the facilities. In particular, no dressing gown or slippers in the room.

“Unhelpful staff”

Booking did not mention a continental breakfast, though I did not eat it. As I had a late flight asked for a couple of hours complimentary stay, which was refused on the pretext of another guest coming, but in the next sentence receptionist said that if I pay for another day room was available. Will not go back ever. Don't recommend it to anybody. Rooms were very small.
