I recommend this hotel, it a nice place, pool, resto bar, service and massage... You also get a free service to the airport where you can easily catch the bus and train station.

You get what you pay for. It's not a five star by any stretch, but it's clean, the room is decent and the pool is nice. To get into town you need to take their shuttle to the airport then get the train, so it's not that great for that. Nevertheless, it's not that bad a journey and the staff let me go for free, which was very nice of them!

Yes I would recommend to anyone who needs a short stay, possibly in and out of Bangkok in a day or two, near the airport. Hotel is very convenient, near the airport, just around 7 to 10 minutes to airport and I booked a room with free two way transfer to airport, very convenient. Staff been very helpful and I had a smooth stay, just for one night. Yes I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff, nice room, hardest bed i have ever slept in, but certainly woke me up early. Suited my quick sleep, fulfilled the purpose. Good value as thats why i chose it, especially the free shuttle, but then to be told it was just 1 way and had to pay 150thb to get back to the airpor for a 5 minute trip. Without sounding like a tightarse, i can get from Phuket Airport to Patong which is a 1hr trip for the same. Next time i will read the conditions closer or get a taxi, or taxi

“3 Star-ish @ 2 Star Prices”

Great hotel for overnight stays during airport transfers. You don't have to call the hotel to tell them that you're using the airport service. They had a person between Gate 2 & 3 of the international arrival terminal with everyone's name on it. He's not very prominate but keep asking for the Great Residence guy. He'll call the shuttle to pick you up and he'll wake you out. Great shuttle service. Food in hotel was so so. There's a pool and wireless access. There's a Net cafe (pay per hour) with decent computers.
