“Horrible experience with Baiyoke suite hotel”
I don't know where to start from....this space is too small to comment on the horrible experience with Baiyoke Suite Hotel...to begin with ..the room I was given, the ac wasn't working at all and looking at the season I went in, ac was desperately needed , when I asked to change the room , one more pathetic room was shown to me which worst than the previous. After lot of argument I was forced to stay in the initial room I was shown as I had already made the payment. Every time I came back from outside, the room took almost two hours to cool down...I had to wait patiently for the temperature to come down so that I could rest. Now the staff....none of the staff can understand or speak even common english words apart from the people at reception, they were xtremely rude, I called housekeeping at number 3 as the TV wasn't working, the lady on the other side shouted back at me saying coming coming and hung up. This hotel spoilt my Bangkok stay completely...I wish I can get my money back......I will make sure I spread the word in India " NEVER STAY IN BAIYOKE SUITE HOTEL EVER IF U WANT TO NJOY BANGKOK"
“Amazingly bad hotel~!”
A hotel entrance with water drips down from up floor...? Lobby located at 5th floor, with 2 attitude male staff and can't understand English! A 43 floors hotel but only 3 lift functioning. No air flow and air-con in every lift lobby, it's pleasant to wait a lift in average of 20 minutes without a good breath. Room is big but very dirty and old condition. My room are generous compliment with garbage smell. After u back from outside, the room smell exactly like a water drain with rotten garbage inside. Air condition sound like diesel power generator. Air-con remote control doesn't function. Air circulation very bad. Electronic door lock doesn't function well and giving you non stop beep sound. Water heater doesn't function well and sudden too hot and too cold. Many dirty stain on bed sheet. Blanket is full of dirty coarse and it's not my like. Staying in 38 floors with good view but windows are extremely dirty. Breakfast/dinner doesn't taste good and the captain attitude to my family group. Thanks to this hotel provide me such a 'good' experience! I will never stay or recommend to anyone, include the Baiyoke chains... If u wanna experience a bad hotel, take this~!
“Room did not look anything like it was advertised”
The room we stayed in looked like a drug den, the air con sounded like a truck.
