Our bathroom did not have soap or shampoo. There we a big roach in our bathroom. The parking was difficult to keep adding time for the car and more expensive than I was told.

Great location in the inner harbor area. We were close to many attractions including dining options. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was smaller than we anticipated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This place was very clean with beautiful rooms. Staff was more than exceptional and the views were excellent. Hallways are a bit long getting to your room but well worth the walk.

A nice view of the harbor. Lots of police and security present. Had a lot of motorcycle groups ride down the road doing wheelies and moving between traffic and I think the police came to encourage them to go elsewhere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was convenient and I felt safe in a city I was visiting alone for the first time. Dining, entertainment, and shopping options in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful Big shout out and thank you to Derrick (Bellman/Valet) who was extremely nice and friendly. He helped me with storing my luggage for a few hours before my departure. If I visit Baltimore again in the future, will return to the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.

Customer service was great, Noah helped us at check in and he was kind and professional. The room was nice, but there were a few things we didn’t like: my husband can hear the noise coming from the room being close to the main road. We had no shampoo in the room. Coffee table only had enough ingredients for one person. The hotel looks nice and is overall a nice hotel. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Our check-in process was unfortunately one of the worst we've had. Not only were we not able to check-in 15 min prior to 4pm... Our room was not ready until 6:45pm! On top of that, our RESERVED 1 king size bed was taken.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was not very pleasant. I purchased a club level room which was supposed to include a lot of benefits. When we tried to go to the club lounge it was closed and not open. I called front desk and the woman was not very pleasant and she said she just found out it was closed!!!! She could not say why and told me to order breakfast from restaurant (which is a very limited menu) and they would credit me. I ended leaving the hotel the next day and not staying my entire four nights. In the morning after we moved hotels we found out a 17 year old boy was shot dead right out in front of the hotel. There were very big groups of kids hanging around which was a little nerve wracking. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff as a whole was so friendly and helpful!! We were staying to attend the Orioles game and go to the aquarium. Unfortunately, we felt unsafe after dark. The first night we went to find something for dinner, around 8:30 and immediately realized that it was not a good idea and returned to the hotel where we ate dinner at the restaurant on the 5th floor. The next night, we walked to Camden Yards and back, and when we returned, there had just been a shooting in front of the hotel. We could not even enter the hotel through the doors we had all day b/c it was a crime scene. We were let in through a side door by hotel staff but my kids are a little traumatized. The shooting victims clothes were on the pavement and we learned that it was a 17 year old and he did not make it. Unfortunately, i will not be rushing to bring my children back to the inner harbor.

1: there was hair in the bathtub. 2: I called for extra blankets, and they said they didn't have any. 3: no airport shuttle. 4: staff could care less about your needs. 5: venom machines out of order. 6: was towed was told that they were supply rollaway beds, but I'll check in once told that was not the case. 7: stop maid in the hall and asked for service for the room. Came back later to find a dirty bathtub and used cleaning rags laying around the room. I would not recommend this property to anyone. My trip was a disaster and ruined because of these issues. Worst part about it was I got the impression that no one really cared. The worst customer service.

All body wash,hand soap,and shampoo were empty. Water only got WARM at best. Ice and vending room was very difficult to locate. No coffee supplies in the room. Someone on our floor had a small barking dog in their room. No trash bags in the trash cans. For a total of $166 an night I was not impressed..

We stayed for 3 nights. But we never had our room cleaned. We ran out of clean towels, cups and tea/coffee. We repeatedly requested the cleaning service with no success. The cleaning crew literally walked past our room to the next door. We went to speak to them politely asking if they could clean our room later. They said yes but they didn’t come. We spoke to the front desk. We were told they don’t have control over the maid service. With no supplies left after three days we called to ask for towels, cups and teas. They delivered the towels but not the others. So I can’t say we enjoyed our stay. And I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
