Villa Puri Ayu is strategically located in the southern part of the ancient village of Sanur, area rich in international and eastern cuisine restaurants, museums, Balinese and Javanese warungs, bars, fashion, galleries, handicraft, gift shops, traditional market and entertainments. This family managed property offer private chairs and umbrellas at the nearby public beach. Food and drinks are offered at Al Fresco restaurant and at the poolside bar. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning. Villa Puri Ayu features two outdoors pools, one with children section. SPA services are also offered by the main pool, library with complimentary books and DVD, daily complimentary English newspapers in the lobby. Business services and tour assistance can be provided. Business-related amenities at this 3.5-star property consist of a business center with computers and audio-visual equipment. On site secure parking is complimentary. For a surcharge, an airport shuttle is available to guests.

“A Hidden Gem”
This villa doesn't pretend to be 5 star but had everything we wanted at an incredibly reasonable rate - king size bed (wooden slat base but perfectly comfortable), split system a/c, in room safe, flat screen tv and dvd player, bar fridge and free wi-fi; all this in a charming balinese style villa. Breakfast (also included in our tariff) was buffet style with eggs cooked to order. The range wasn't extensive but there was juice, fresh fruit, pancakes, bacon, toast and spreads, potatoes in one form or another and a couple of asian dishes in addition to the eggs - more than adequate and served at the lovely (covered) outdoor dining area overlooking the gorgeous pool. Staff were all warm, friendly and helpful and the massages in the curtained area by the pool were wonderfully relaxing and unbelievably cheap. Because it is a relatively small complex it was very peaceful and relaxing and we never had trouble getting a lounge by the pool. Puri Ayu is situated down a funny little lane between the main shopping strip and the beach, south of the centre of town. We felt quite safe but the lane is quite dark (and its surface uneven) on returning from dinner at the beachside restaurants - a little torch would have been helpful. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance - Jejeg and Double D were our favourites. Had an unfortunate experience with a money changer in the main st, then found the villas offered an excellent exchange rate. A little piece of paradise.
“Sanur Lovers Chech This Out”
Puri Ayu Villas in Sanur is a pleasure to stay in. The rooms are a cut above the norm for Bali, well appointed and very clean. The staff are friendly as is the norm in Bali and the facilities are outstanding. The beach is close by but the road is prone to flooding in the rainy season although this is a minor drawback. The bath is big enough for a party, there is a safe deposit box in the room and cable tv. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of spending some time in Sanur.

“Fantastic - Highly Recommend”
This was our first trip to Bali for a friends wedding and my husband and I fell in love with the island within hours of arriving due aminly to the welcome and surroundings of Villa Puri Ayu. We had a one bedroom villa and it was fantastic value for money, very quiet and private, with a great pool to relax by and so much privacy. The staff who knew us by sight are fantastic and would not hesitate to assist. The beach is not great in this area and you do get a lot of hassle walking along the beach front northwards to "look in their shop" but who cares, it is all part of the fun. Can't wait to go back with friends and family next year!!
“Just perfect”
Nice little hotel approx 3mins walk from beach(and the start of the lovely beach walk) tucked down small road.Very peaceful - our garden appt had lovely private courtyard with full kitchen facilities - not that they were used. Staff very helpful and friendly. No problems with mosquitos. Would recommend.

“Great Stay”
My wife and I spent the first four nights of our honeymoon at Villa Puri Ayu and had a fantastic time. Our room was a private villa and it was beautiful and romantic. The service was excellent and I would definately recommend staying here if an ocean view is not important to you. The beach was a very short walk - under 5 minutes away and there were several restaurants and shops nearby.

We were blown away with the quality of the Villa Puri Ayu considering the low price we paid for our stay! The buffet breakfast by the pool was lovely and the fact that it wasn't a huge resort made it so relaxing and peaceful. A massage and manicure along side the pool was also convenient and added to the charm. We would defintately stay there again, next time for longer. We split our time between the Villa Puri and a 5 star resort in Tuban but to be perfectly honest, was disappointed with what we got for our money at the 2nd place. It didn't seem nearly as relaxing and laid back as our stay in Sanur.

we enjoyed our week stay in Puri Ayu. good simple breakfast and limited menu for lunch/ dinner but all tasty and very reasonable. beautiful swimmingpool area. only negattive is that the lane the hotel is on gets flooded for a few hours after the frequent tropical downpours. staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved the feeling of seclusion and tranquility even though it was in a populated spot. Also, the hotel was very clean! We loved the garden bathroom, the king-sized bed with mosquito netting even though the room was air-conditioned, the flat panel TV...It was just awesome!
