“ON OF BALI'S BEST”
WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY WITH THE INTERCONTINENTAL. THE FUNCTION WE WERE THERE FOR WAS EXCEPTIONLY DONE. SET UP ON THE LAWNS OF THE HOTEL. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND SERVICE EXCELLENT. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND.
“Amazing Place”
My wife and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. We wished we hadn't left. The service was top notch. Our room and view was absolutely amazing. I already want to go back. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax at an amazing resort.
“Perfect to relax”
Not usually fan of 400+ rooms hotels but this one is perfect. Superior rooms are huge, the hotel is increadibly quiet ansd the beach is beautiful.
“You won't want to leave the resort.......”
Absolutely first-rate hotel particularly for those of you more interested in the sun, sea and sand than necessarily venturing out into deepest Bali. Even if you are this hotel offers excellent service, room was great and we went in lower season which meant a very good rate in the circumstances. You are right on the beach and I mean right on the beach! There are plenty of good restaurants yards away further down that same beach which offer a much cheaper alternative to hotel food as well and the sunset is brilliant.
“A 'Balinese' resort.”
The Jimbaran Intercontinental was a delight to stay at. The staff were very professional, adn informative, with Balinese character. The room was spacious and well set out and appointed, with an under cover balcony looking out over the gardens. The grounds of the hotel are very attractive with bridges over ponds with lush plants and bird and fish life; well kept and appropriately guarded by Balinese statues, in the right places. You could choose a variety of settings to swim in, in the swimming pools adjacent the pool-side restaurant. Each of the different dishes we had was delightful and tasty. This hotel reminded us more of the Balinese character of Ubud than any other spot in the Jimbaran/Kuta area. Will happily recommend it to discerning visitors.
“An Awesome Hotel”
I cannot say enough about our experience. The hotel is absolutely wonderful with a friendly and professional staff. The grounds of the hotel are extremely clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our room (Club) immensely and received exceptional room service. The room we originally booked was not available so we were immediately upgraded. The morning buffet is beyond words and you could not stay there longer enough to try everything they had to offer. There are several places to eat at the hotel all of which are wonderful. We never had a bad meal. The shops, spa, etc within the hotel are all excellent. Many activities are offered at the hotel to keep you busy and activities outside of the hotel can be easly arranged at anytime. Overall this was one of the most gorgeous hotels and I definitely will be returning.
“Great Hotel and Beautiful Beach”
Hotel is on a beautiful beach and only 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel staff was incredible. everyone was friendly and helpful. I love the heavenly bed at Westin, but my wife and I are looking for their pillows - best pillow ever. They have three pools although we spent most of our time in the big pool next to the ocean. I would stay here again

Everything was perfect except the choice of food. Particularly in the bars availability of finger food was missed.

My husband and I stayed at Intercontinental last year to celebrate my birthday and we had such an enjoyable time being pampered ,using club facilities and by the friendlly staff, that we decided to come back.We were not disappointed!!Everything was to our wishes.An upgrade to an amazing suite with personal butler(24Hrs) 3 hours of free alcohol every day(any choice)think I tried all cocktails on list! Delicious afternoon teas and evening meals,amazing pools,beautiful beach at its doorstep for swimming and long refreshing walks....and so much more
