“Paradise Found”

The staff are highly trained in the delivery of exceptional care and service from the moment you arrive. The restaurants were of the highest calibre producing some of the finest culinary delights I have ever tasted. The resort itself was paradise and the Rock Bar was an experience in itself. We were treated like royalty the entire length of our stay and would highly recommend this resort to couples as it is very romantic. Thank you Ayana for an amazing first time in Bali.

“Beautiful !!! Will be going back to Ayana”

This is a beautiful resort to stay at. Staff were wonderful, all the food at the restaurants were delicious, pools were really relaxing and the villa we stayed in was beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about Ayana everything went smoothly and our stay was so relaxing yet eventful. Must go to the rock bar, martini bar, dava restaurant and sami sami :)This trip and resort was very memorable and we will be going back to Ayana very soon :)

“Worth seeing”

My wife and I went here with our 21 month old son. We were very impressed with the beauty of the area - reminded us of manicured Japanese gardens but Balinese style. Very hospitable staff and great rock bar. Definitely more expensive massages and room rates than other places in Bali but if you're looking for an amazing experience with amazing areas and beauty you'd do well to stay at the Ayana for a few days.

“What a lovely Resort”

Throughly enjoyed the Ayana Resort, We stayed in a villa room at the Ayana Resort with our own pool, The bathroom was the biggest room ive ever stayed in, it was huge and it also had a his and hers walkin wardrobe, the staff was lovely the grounds were well maintained the whole resort was gorgeous. We also went to the rock bar while we were there, this place is a must especially if your staying at the resort as you get a priority line to the rock bar to see the sunset, it was a beautiful place to sit and have cocktails, The Ayana Resort is a wonderful place to stay if you like peace and quite and away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but its about 45 mins in a taxi to Kuta. We would love to return one day soon.

“Ayana - GO”

We stayed in a resort view room for six days including New Year's Eve. On our first night we were placed in an adjoining room. We could hear every move our neighbours made which interrupted our sleep. However, the hotel found us a very quiet room on the opposite side of the hotel. We were grateful for this, especially since the hotel was at 98% capacity. Our new room was very quiet, though a bit of upstairs noise was inevitable given the marble floors in the hotel. The Ayana is a truly beautiful five star resort, and the service and food is excellent. It is quite a way from Seminyak, which was a bonus in our minds since the town is so touristy and frankly not worth spending much time in. Besides, the grounds at Ayana are so beautiful and vast (though the hotel was full we always managed to get a spot by the pool) we were happy to spend most of our time there. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“You may be a repeater here.”

We could enjoy the stay with the excellent hospitality of all of the staff of the resort. Foods at any restaurant in the resort are excellent. On the way to back to the airport, we used the resort's car services. The staff processed whole operational matters at the airport for us including carrying baggage, tax payment, etc. We got a minor issue common to this type of resorts, bug. My 7-year boy got several mosquito bites on his face at night. We reported the issue to the front desk and the desk promptly set a couple of mosquito oil in the room to have fixed the problem. The restaurant reservation must be done earlier as possible. The extremely busy situation is similar to the Walt Disney Resorts in Florida.

“Heaven in Bali”

Fantastic resort set in spectacular grounds (over 70 hectares). Seven restaurants to suit all tastes. Rooms are all well equiped and those with sea-views are worth getting. Breakfast is outstanding and should not be missed. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is reasonably priced in all the restaurants although wine and spirits are expensive(due to government taxes). Large golf buggies are provided to transport guests to outlying parts of the resort and a top-class, quite cheap, taxi service is constantly available to take guests to nearby towns and villages. Every member of our party agreed that it was the best resort we had ever visited.
