“Good value”

This hotel was good value as 3 of us shared the room with continental breakfast supplies included. Room was clean and modern. The only thing is that the area is not the best and there is not really much of a view.

“Good location”

We stayed for 2 nights to sleep off jet lag and see Auckland. It is a great down town location, the shuttle bus drops you off near by and its easy to get to and from the airport. We had the cheapest studio suite, which was a complete one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and laundry. We would stay again.

“Great central location”

Our family of four stayed for 3 days 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment . Rooms were very clean with up to date decor. Facilities - everything we needed, cooking stove top - washing and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds with a Tv in one of the bedrooms. On saturday night I was woken once by outside noise but this didnt bother me as the location of this hotel is walking distance to everything, very convenient, it is near impossible to get a clean, affordable centrally located place to stay without having a little noise.

“Clean and staff attentive”

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Room - high floor The apartment was a lot smaller than the pictures showed, but overall fine. Generally very clean as apartments go and the staff were VERY helpful and were quick to respond to any issues. The issues that did arise were mainly due to staff not finishing their jobs - Eg - remove towels and forget to replace them, not emptying rubbish bins that are overflowing, forgetting to replace continental breakfast for next day etc. Fri/Sat nights were a little noisy with people outside yelling and partying all night, but that is not the place's fault - but keep in mind! Wasn't terrible, like by K-Rd, but still can make it a little difficult to stay asleep. Overall, would stay again if needed to be in that part of the city.

“Nice Rooms, Hard location to find for newcomers.”

Rooms were very nice, hotel front desk not very helpful with any questions about the immediate surrounding area or info. Man seemed like he didn't understand English or maybe was just using that as an excuse. Could have been more professional. I would stay there again because I loved our room! Security very tight there too, give you access control for entry into building & elevator access. Made me feel safe. Like this in many locations across NZ.

“valuable to stay for 2 days or more”

Apartment is fully equiped, separated bedrooms, full kitchen, washing maching, dishes washer. free internet access will be perfect ! Gym and heated pool available within 3 mins walk. Not far away from Skycity and close to Queen Street. Several Japanese and Korean restaurants make delicious dishes with reasonable prices. My family, three of us enjoyed the 2-days stayed in Bianco off Queen, Auckland. We will properly stay there for next trip. Candy, Kelvin & Mon Hui Hong Kong SAR, China

“Ok place to stay. Stayed in September so cool weather.”

Not a bad location. Close to Queen street. Neighbourhood can be noisy, people voices in street can be amplified due to echo around surrounding buildings. Short walk down Queen street to centre of Auckland. Suited boys weekend for World Cup.

“Nice Hotel, Somewhat Sketchy Location”

The suite was nice and clean. The other people staying were quiet. It was a busy weekend for them so we weren't able to get parking (you have to pay for it anyway), and had to park in a lot close by. The entrance is in a back alley, so its hard to find and kinda feels strange. No view of anything good out of the windows. The TV's were all small flat panels.

“Very Good Value”

Overall stay was good. Rooms were spacious and had kitchenette included as well as continental breakfast. We had a little bit of a walk to central Auckland but not too bad. We were close to bus route.
