“Fabulous modern hotel”

Fantastic hotel, very modern, large well appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds! The fitness room was the best ever, and available 24 hrs which was awesome. Loved the easy access to the airport on the Marta which was right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!

“Awesome Experience - love to have stayed longer”

This was an awesome hotel in a great location! Our room was like living in a flat in NYC! It was very fun with lots to do within 100 yards of the hotel. Hardrock Cafe at the end of the block, Starbucks right across the street, a food court in the next building over from the hotel, a Marta station right beside it. Parking was $29 a night...a bit steep so we parked elsewhere. But...it was a beautiful hotel!!

“Last weekend in Jan”

I just happened to visit the hotel on a weekend when there was a kid dance competition and an out of town college function, so the hotel was noisy and extremely busy. But that is not something that the hotel itself had control over. Other than the traffic of that weekend I think the staff was friendly and everything was professional.

“Great location, clean hotel”

Had a great stay my husband and I had a mini honeymoon and we enjoyed being so centralized in downtown Atlanta. Great facilities, we tried the Gym. There is a swimming pool but we did not have a chance to try it out. The room had an ipod dock it did not connect to my iphone or ipod which is fine, we survived. On the first day the basin tap when turned to hot ran cold water, we ran it for a while and it was not warming up. Out of curiosity I turned the tap on cold and as if by magic warm water started running. In short, turn the tap on cold if you want hot water.... I wonder who was the smart plumber at this Hyatt hotel, it was a funny discovery at the time. Maid's knock and force themselves in your room which is inconvenient when a young couple are trying to enjoy a mini honeymoon. Glass lift gives you a panoramic view of the central part of the hotel, we where on the 18th floor, the hotel has 22 floors in total. I am afraid of heights so I basically closed my eyes everytime my husband and I used the lift. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay. K. Thomas
