“Commendable Stay....”

Everything was lovely, comfortable, & very pleasing. They were renovating the 2nd floor that the only inconvenient part of our stay. Service people & guest had to use same elevator had to wait too long at times. Otherwise great......

“A great place and city”

We were late arriving to the hotel due to an accident on the highway.I call the hotel and told them an accident occured and i was going to be late. He was very nice and said it would be ok.I later called because of me taking the wrong exit, but i wasn't far from the hotel though he gave me specific directions and we made it. The staff was very nice. The room was clean in all areas nice and quite.We arrived on thurs night. And checked out Saturday morning. The staff again was very nice and the breakfast was great;even though it wasn't complimentary. The chef can make u an omelet(sooo good). We were pleased with our stay and would stay again. The area was great also the mall was just down the street and the cheesecake factory.Ymmm.Thank the staff for all u do.

“Lovely Hotel in a great location”

Great location right off 285 with plenty of parking. Indoor pool, workout facility and restaurant bar on the 1st level. The room had a Flat Screen with a few HD channels. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

“Hotel rating”

The only issue I had was the group that arrived at the hotel on the17th. That group was dreadful! They ran up and down the hall, stomped on the stairs and were loud until about two am. I did phone the front desk, but did not receive any relief until these teens went to bed. Since I was there for business, even though it was a Saturday night, leading up to Sunday, I received very little sleep and was quite upset that no one seemed to be able to control this group. The security guard did not catch them and/ or stop them. The biggest thing that would help would be some weather stripping or some sort of gasket to stop those doors from slamming so loudly in the room. Every time I went to sleep one of them would slam. Even in the suite I was in, I could hear everything they said next door as though they were in my room. That is not comfprtable in a hotel setting. I have stayed in this hotel before and did not have this experience. I would try it again, but would want to know what groups are scheduled.

“Worth it!!!”

Great hotel, great location, and great rate!!! I wish I had it for more than one night . I will definitely be back. Please note: breakfast is not free!!! But offers the best you can wish for before stepping out!!

it was a very nice stay, only one elevator was working so that made the wait longer to get to our room. I would stay there again.
